Another great game on the PS2
Sequel to one of the best ARPG games on the PS2. Great story & adventure. If you havent played this series your missing out on a lot of charm.

Definitely a Good Buy
I cannot say enough good things about this game. I really cannot. The graphics of this game, concerning when it came out, are excellent. It has some of the most memorable boss fights, and it has a final boss fight that competes with boss fights in current, newer games. Having your Disney characters and final fantasy characters interact together is a refreshing and familiar experience.I do have some criticism of this game though. For an action based RPG, the beginning is long, boring, and tedious. Please don't give up on the game when you are Roxas running needless errands around his hometown for about two hours of game play. I promise the game gets a lot better and interesting once you return as the hero Sora. This game also lacks the exploration and platforming that made the first game so much fun. In the first game, you could get lost for hours gliding and discovering new chests, papers, and new types of heartless. There isn't too much to discover in this sequel. The treasure chests are usually in blatant places. There are a limited amount of heartless and nobodies. In this game, I just felt like I was in a hallway for the majority of the game. There were only a handful of areas I felt I could actually climb and explore. On the plus, this game has more mini-games than the previous installment. I found those games very fun. It was a welcome addition. But this sequel took out secret bosses. No longer than you find these bosses for an additional challenge. This was very, very disappointing. With the advent of the fourth generation game consoles, this Greatest Hit for the second Generation Sony PlayStation 2 is still a great investment of your money, time, and energy.

Best Kingdom heart game made ever
Kingdom hearts 2 is not only the best, it’s the only game that has Disney worlds and Final Fantasy characters more than other Kingdom hearts games. Plus it’s abilities are the best in the series. The gameplay is flexible even the graphics are beautiful. The story and the cutscenes are wonderful mind blowing especially the opening. It’s better than Kingdom hearts 3 even though it is PS2 game.

Greatest Game of All Time?
Quick Review -Presentation - This is the best part of the game. The story is Amazing, and so are the Characters. 10/10Sound - This game has one of the best soundtracks I have ever heard. Trust me you wont be disappointed 10/10Graphics - This Game had Great Graphics for its time and they still hold up in today standards.. 10/10Gameplay - The gameplay is great! There is plenty of different kinds of spells and abilitys to use. I would call it a platformer RPG Kinda like Legend of Zelda (And Yes I know zelda isnt technically a full blown RPG). 10/10Lasting Appeal - Most gamers Probally wont be going back for a second run through. Although I will be replaying it soon. It all Depends on the player. But there is plenty of Extra stuff to do Including an optional world. Expect Atleast 30+ Hours of gameplay. 9.5/10Overall - When People ask me What my favorite game of all time is I quickly Respond with this (With Ocarina of time and Resident Evil 4 closely follwed)..This game is truly Magnificent if you are a KH fan and havent played this What are you waiting for?!? This is an instant Classic that should not be missed by anyone.. Overall Score 10/10

My Favorite Video Game of All Time.
This game is just so much fun! I played and love the first KH game, but this game makes the good so much more good! The gameplay is the highlight personally. It's very fast paced, and there is a new feature called the reaction command. It's basically a quick-time event where at certain times there is a triangle button prompt on the screen, and when you do it a scripted action happens. It adds a cool amount to the game, and I think it's pretty cool. The story is MUCH more complex and convoluted than before, but I think it doesn't bring away from the experience. The graphics and sound are as good as it was before, and maybe a bit better. My only complain is the first about 4 hours of the game: you play as a boy naked Roxas, and the amount of confusing story elements and stuff they tell you is really confusing for first timers. BUt, once you start playing as Sora, it gets GOOOOOOOD! Overall, I love this game like a son! It's probably my favorite game on my favorite console of all time, and even probably my favorite game! I recommend it to everyone, but to avoid confusing yourself too much, play KH 1 and Chain of Memories.

epic, worthy successor to Kingdom Hearts
That the PlayStation 2 is over a decade old yet is still on store shelves attests to the system's greatness and even more so to its legendary games, foremost among those Kingdom Hearts. I played the first title of this series when it first came out. Now, ten years have passed and I am just finally getting to experience the sequel, and it was worth the wait.Kingdom Hearts II takes everything memorable from the first game, and then polishes, expands, and improves on it. The battle system has been made more functional, with a lot of new interesting power-ups (for example, Sora now has "forms" thanks to his magical garments sewn by the Sleeping Beauty fairies). The new worlds, including Mulan and especially Timeless River (black and white old Disney world), are amazingly fun. Meanwhile, all of the old favorite characters (Donald, Goofy, Kairi, Riku, etc) are there. The developer made a good call by having you start the game as Roxas, Sora's "Nobody". This results in an emotional, visceral experience as the plot unrolls. And, of course, the cut-scenes are outstanding.Kingdom Hearts II is a fantastical, emotional, epic, and downright fun ride. A near-perfect game.
