i have not received a refund yet !! April 15th i returned your product was defective... where is my refund?WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME PAY FOR SHIPPING RETURN? THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE!!! THE TENSION/ RESISTANCE MECHANISM DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!! WHEN THIS HAPPENS USUALLY THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL HAS A PRE PAID BY COMPANY SHIPPING LABEL!!! THIS PRODUCT WEIGHS ALOT!!! AND SHIPPING COSTS BY WEIGHT!!! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING RETURN ON A PRODUCT THAT IS DEFECTIVE!!!!!!! I WILL REPORT THIS TO AMAZON AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING COVID-19 pandemic IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the tension on the this product is too hard and doesn't vary. on the lowest level it starts easy then it gets harder and harder the tension gets harder on its on its own WITHIN 30 SECONDS it becomes impossible to pedal using arms and legs while standing up!!! whAT IS WRONG WITH THIS ELLIPTICAL??? Can you fix it over the phone? It took me 1 hr to put together... everything looks good... except the tension is not working.. its just hard like level 7 or8 would be the whole time while on the lowest level 1. this product cost alot of money $325? and its not good. It's what I expected from the description, reviews, and photos. The only drawback is that the foot pedals angle downward too much. It doesn't feel natural. I would prefer it to be a bit flatter. You get this feeling of always sliding forward on the pedal. Also, the plastic they used for the foot pedal is super hard and rough. You can't go on this thing barefooted because it would hurt. I'm planning to add some cushion to soften it a little. The tension is quite tight even at level 1. It's quite sturdy for a compact elliptical. It's quiet but there are some squeaky joints I may have to oil up. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it.

Haven't put the machine to the test yet, just assembled yesterday. About the assembly, it was packaged very well, took almost a half hour to unpack and took about 2 hours to assemble. Directions were about 99% clear and easy to follow. The only glitch we had was inserting the seat post into its housing, there was a piece of weld on the inside of the housing where the adjusting knob is located that had to be filed down for it to slip into place. The machine is easy to use however, it's not like a $2000 dollar gem machine but very adequate for home use. Looking forward to putting it to the test of daily use, will update.

I bought this elliptical because my gym closed with the lockdown. The presence of seat was my main reason to choose this particular trainer. However, the seat even at its lowest is too high for someone who is 5feet 2 inch in height. In addition, the seat wobbles and moves a lot. The screws become loose during use. My knee pain also increased a lot. Then when the gym opened and I went back to my Gym and used the Elliptical in the Gym instead of Elevtab, my knee pain decreased. Please do not buy this product. It is useless and bad for your knees.In 6 months all the hinges and rings are breaking and falling apart. Terrible product. DO NOT BUY

This is the foot pedal with a 160lb female using it. Completely broke. Very scary and so bummed

Nice machine. Only pay for what you need !
