The seal has been partially open every time I've received them. Even though they are dried peppers they're supposed to be moist in the middle and they haven't been. Would order more but would give 5 stars if they would be moist. Plus side shipping is extremely fast.

Phew! Had a challenge with a few friends in the barracks and those were some hot peppers! Dehydrated they weren't too rough but once you rehydrate them they really kill ya! This is coming from someone who eats habanero peppers like candy
