The strap on the helmet compartment broke after 2 uses rendering it useless. We received the bag 3/5 and tried to get it replaced or repaired 4/6. We were unable to do this since it had been 31 days since purchase. Not happy! We now have to purchase another bag.

Not for catchers, but awesome otherwise.
This is a quality bag, and the helmet holder on the front is awesome. Not quite big enough to fit her catchers gear, but awesome for all other positions and gear!

Nice design, poor quality
I'd like to be able to give a positive review as the bag's design works well but unfortunately, the quality of craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. It was purchased as a Christmas present and my 9 year old son loved it. He's used it 4 times now and the stitching is already coming apart. The use has been anything but rough; he's carried his glove, helmet and bat to the school gym and back. I don't think he's even thrown it on the floor. Anyway, because of the time between Christmas and baseball season the return window is closed and we're stuck with it. It will be used until the stitching completely fails and then I'll buy another one but it won't be this brand.

Great buy
Bought this for my 8 year old who started baseball this month. It us very convenient, great size, and easy for him to pack and carry himself. I would recommend for the price great buy

Surprisingly roomy!
High school softball bag. Works well had an issue with the helmet holder pulling out as one of the straps wasn’t sewn in tight. Problem solved by sewing it back in tight. Otherwise 5 stars. Very roomy and continent to get to items. Shoes stow in own area keeps dust to minimum. Daughter really likes the bag, can be used for boy. Nice design and black and white easily identified on the fence with other bags. Definitely a good find for the price.

Hard to unzip zippers due to unstructured, soft sides, but otherwise serves its purpose
Love the piggy back helmet straps and separate zipper pocket for cleats. Because it’s very soft and unstructured it’s impossible to open main part of bag or cleat pocket with helmet strapped in. I’ll buy a longer, more structured bag next time.

Great customer service
Update: They contacted me and sent out a new bag. Hopefully this one holds up a little better. They definitely stand behind the product!I gave this bag to my daughter for Christmas. We just used it for the first time today and the stitches on the helmet holder come clean out. Almost like it never even got sewn. The return window has closed and now I have to buy a different bag. Needless to say I'm not happy. Save yourself the hassle and buy a different bag!
