Is a good quality product that comes is a bag. In gold color (the most expensive of the colors) and diamond like stones. At $10!…I saw other at like $7 or $8 but the pictures already tells you the difference. You have to go above $20 for the next quality level.

We bought this pin for my daughter's pinning ceremony,she loved it .

Not very happy at all. The pin just will not stay closed. I have even tried tightening it with pliers but the pin closure is just so flimsy. That is the stethoscope . I also purchased the rose gold caduceus, and it just spins and spins. Not at all professional looking when it sits sideways on your lab coat collar. Both are cheap looking and not at all happy with how much I paid for each versus what I got in return. Save your money on these.
