Preferred dosage

B 150 supplement
Good B-150 with choline and inositol. Has helped with energy level. So glad to find this product is made in the USA.

Fraudulent Advertising, Weak Formula
BodSmith's B-150 is not a vitamin B-150 because it takes two capsules to get to the label strength. These are B-75 capsules at best. The B-150 designator has always been used on a per caplet/capsule basis, not spread across several capsules. If I buy a B-100 product and take two caplets can the manufacturer call it a B-200 formula? NO.Additionally the ingredients are weak, if not non-existent in this product. They did use a lot of unnecessary Rice Flour powder as a filler though. I will never purchase a BodSmith product again.

Seems to work well. Reasonably priced for B 150.
