I was hesitant to buy these adter reading past reviews, but I am happy we did. Our kids absolutely love these, right now we push the kids as they cant reach the ground to push themselves and the extra height (compared to other models) makes it less straining for us to hold and maneuver. The are pricey but I felt they are worth it especially since our kids will have them for years to come. Very cute design and fun! The assembly was okay, nothing too challenging. Pretty easy for me actually, took a little time about 30-45min, but I felt we took our time. Otherwise than one front wheel feeling a little loose - which I believe is part of the design for functionality, the parts all fit well together and the car is sturdy and durable. We got the same car in black for our son!

This was a Christmas present for our granddaughter and she loves it! She’s 2 1/2 and enjoys scooting around both indoors and outdoors with it. She loves the drop down tailgate feature, storage area on top and the door lock mechanism from inside. When she gets in she can operate the lock herself enabling her “big girl” independence. With the taller features of this car it’s nice to have the option for adults to push it from the handle on top of the car too. We can put the foot plate in allowing our other younger grandkids who are not as mobile use of it too. We are very happy with this Little Tikes car so far. Great quality car and was not too difficult for my husband to put together.

My 16 month old grand daughter absolutely loved her new truck at Christmas! She thought she was the coolest little girl around with her new truck and purse. It was some what of a pain putting together for me when it came to the 4 plastic pieces that holds the top on. I have weakness in my hands though. You’ll need a hammer and screwdriver. I give it 5 stars it’s a sturdy little truck.

I purchased this for my daughter, her 2nd birthday is coming up on July 25th and i wanted to get her something really nice. At her daycare they have a few of the regular car versions of these and she loves those there so i knew i wanted to get her one, then i stumbled upon this and this looked perfect for her. I received it a day earlier than expected, loved that, and prepared myself for a grueling task ahead of me of putting it together. I had read another review that stated you needed the "strength of the gods" to get this thing together and so i was afraid it would take way too much time an effort to get it together correctly. WELL, i can honestly say 100% that it wasn't even near being that hard to put together! I actually have no clue what that person was talking about because i am a 27 year old female who doesn't really exercise much so no godly muscles at all and i put this together without a drill like it recommends, and it did take me about 2 hours to put it together because i made sure i carefully went over things so i didn't screw it up. There were 2 areas that were the hardest to put together but not impossible, the first is the roof, it was a pain getting it on the front correctly without one side popping off and having to start over again, and the back never quite went down all the way so there is a slight gap but thats ok because a screw gets placed there later and keeps it from disconnecting so no worries if it happens to you as well. The second hard part was putting the damn steering wheel in, i honestly could not have pictured that being the worst part but for me it was. There is this piece that goes in the middle of the neck of the steering wheel and it has 2 parts that stick out holes on each side of the neck of the steering wheel, those are supposed to catch on a ring on the other side of the hole where the steering wheel is placed through on the truck but it took me probably half an hour trying to get that to go through enough to catch the ring to clip on and stay put! I don't know if that's for all of these but mine was definitely a pain for that part. I did finally get it to much relief and everything else was a piece of cake. No problems with misaligned holes or missing pieces or problems screwing things together without a drill. so in conclusion id like to say that you shouldn't be hesitant to purchase this based on reviews that say its difficult to put together, it really wasn't. If i can put it together by myself in a couple hours, you can too. as for the quality, although she hasn't used it yet, i can already tell from putting it together that it seems to be of pretty good quality. Everything seems to work the way it should.
