Zebra Sarasa Clip Gel Ink Ballpoint Pen 0.5mm, Rubber Grip, Vintage Colors, 5 Colors Set 2 (JJ15-5C-VI2)

I have (too) many pens, but mostly reach for these when I'm writing in my journal or a shopping list or whatever comes up. The colors are very different from any other pens I have, the pens are retractable and write incredibly smooth without a lot of bleed through on good papers. The water based ink gives crisp lines and is easily readable even if the writing is very small. A great set for the price.

I've been eyeing these pens for a while, especially the camel yellow color, and I finally bought them. The color I mentioned is beautiful; it's a nice golden rod yellow that is easy to see on the page, so you won't have to squint too hard to read what you wrote. The sepia brown looks like black ink, but under white light, you can see the brown tones to it, which is a nice subtle hint for those who don't want to write in black or blue ink. The dark grey has a blue undertone to it, which makes it more of a blue grey than a dark grey. Bold (or bordeaux) purple is also another one that looks like black ink, but the purple undertones are visible under white light. Cassis black was the only one that threw me off because I wasn't expecting that to be the name of the color; it's still very pretty.Overall, the colors are very vibrant, making it easy to read. They also write very smoothly and they have a nice, soft grip to them so you won't ever feel like the pen is going to slip out of your hand.

Bought for the hobonichi 2024 paper and I love these. The colors are rich and vibrant, but not too heavy that they bleed (not even ghosting).As a left handed writer, they dry fast and I haven't had issues with smearing.

These pens write so smooth and I LOVE the colors they come in. I use them in my Hobonichi cousins and the bleeding is super minimal.

Great pens! Makes my handwriting look better. I find myself reaching for these often. Only thing I can say is that the ink could last a bit longer on these but otherwise great pens!

I specifically bought these to use in my hobonichi on recommendation from several YouTubers. I find they dry fast and smear less on the paper and I like the colors.

The colors are lovely, a new favorite set. These are a great size, weight, and grip well in your hand. The smooth ink glides across the page. They’ll smear a little if paired with markers like Zebra Mildliners though. I like that refills in these special colors are available.

The media could not be loaded.  almost perfect. I like the 0.5mm tip, the design of the clip, love the clicky feel, love the grip. I think for me, a little bit on the too thick side, i’d probably have better handwriting if the pen was thinner with the same quality grip, and it catches on the paper slightly. not as smooth as i’d like. Also, wish the colors were a little darker. That’s why it’s not A+ for me, maybe A-. But for the price? I’d recommend.
