It got so hot the last day worked at the ponte melted everything and the stoped working.

We purchased three of this to use in our restaurant, nice looking and easy to use. Keep food warm, overall it is a good purchase.

After selling pies in a pub 4 days a week, 20-30 hours a week, the heating element stopped working entirely. It is now a clear cupboard. Upon emailing twice to repair/replace the element, I've received zero response from the company. It was a terribly poor investment on a very poor product. The fact that the company doesn't stand beside the product speaks volumes as well. Keep searching if you are looking for a warmer.
