It takes time for head to adjust to different pillow heights. Its a balance thing. So far I can now sleep on my left and right side. I mostly prefer sleeping on my back. This probably sounds crazy but I have a small window that my head needs to get sleep. My neck is straight as a board from a car wreck. Was in my VW bug at a traffic light in 1969 when I was hit from behind by a much larger car doing 55 MPH (no skid marks). Driver chose to get some sleep at the time. High back seat was ripped out of the floor. VW was like a pool ball making a right turn down the side street. Seems funny now. Well I just need some tweaking to find that sweet spot sleeping on my back.This wedge is nice and firm compared to my previous one. I like the cover the sponge is in. It's kind of nice that I can sleep on the sides again. Feels like I'm getting to sleep faster that way. No equilibrium problems that way. Sleep is good.

I bought this for my husband, as he started to using my older wedge pillow, that I was ready to place in the trash. I searched around and found the Kolbs Extra Wild Wedge Pillow. This was one perfect, as it was longer and wider, and considering my husband is six foot eight inches and has broad shoulders, he actually won’t roll off the wedge if he turns to his side. It has plenty of room. This wedge, as well as others, does help to prevent snoring. The only con I have, is they do not sell replacement covers in this size. Hopefully they will soon.

I bought this cause the other wedge I bought that was 12 inches from another company the end that goes under your back wasn’t flat it was thicker and I could feel it under my back so I bought this 1 and it’s flat which I like the main wedge is a firmer foam and has a top layer of softer foam that’s cut at an angle to be flat at the end the 12 inch I bought from another company the main wedge was firmer foam and they put a square piece of memory foam ontop and they don’t cut it at an angle so it’s thick at the end the 12 inch was way less expensive than this used 7 and a half inch wedge and it was way softer I loved the top memory foam layer i just didn’t like the thickness under my back I wanted to get the 12 inch but it’s like 95 dollars and it’s not made wit as nice as materials as the 12 inch I bought from another company and whenever I get the money to by the 12 inch I mite do that so if you like your wedge pillows to be flat at the end get this it is hot and firm and expensive though also it’s really big so you have room to lay on it and move round at nite.

Reflux isn’t the only thing a sleep wedge is good for; if you have lumbar disc disease and chronic low back pain/sciatica, elevating your head a little (and putting a pillow under your knees) can help keep you a lot more comfortable. I really like this sleep wedge, especially because most of them are only 24” wide, which means if you turn in your sleep, you have to turn in place - and now you’re awake. It’s easy to change position with this width. I definitely prefer it to sleeping flat. Two thumbs up.

I ordered two different sizes of same products. Both has different filling foam types. First one I ordered with hard foam one year ago. That was fine and it suits me. However, another one I ordered with big size last month, and I received with so soft foam, which is not for me. It gives me back pain, so it's useless for me. Same product, and same specifications are written in product details, but different material. So frustrated with the service. Only shipping costs more than €50 to me, and it's just a waste for me now.

It's wonderful for those with reflux. Bought for our travel trailer. Prefect slope. I do not get a kink in my side.

It was really not comfortable, I slides on it and was not a comfortable sleep

I have tried just about every wedge pillow on Amazon and this is by far and away the best available option. Not only is it the widest available wedge pillow, but it has also maintained its firmness level over the last year. None of the other wedge pillows I have used can say the same.
