The Xploderz XBow 1500 is an okay toy. It promises a lot more than it can deliver. The little ammo balls dont explode on impact. A lot of the ammo breaks up before it even gets out of the gun. Its made my son happy, but if someone is looking for it to perform as advertised, they will be disappointed.

My 9 year old loves this! And the water pellets dissolve and are soft, so no mess and no ouchies!

We purchased two of these (one for each of our boys) they did not work from the beginning. The box says they shoot up to 75 feet, they were lucky to get it to go 10 feet from them. Something inside the bow/gun does not allow the ball to come out in one solid piece. It is almost as if the ball is being split open or split apart before it ever leaves the bow/gun which means it just kind of comes out the end in pieces and doesnt shoot very far. Very disappointing!

I bought this for Christmas for my 7 year old nephew and he loved it. It was a big hit with him and my 9 year old son as well.

I bought the Xploderz XBow for two of my great grandsons for Christmas. They loved them and have a lot of fun with them together.

The bow is just a gimmick - it does NOTHING and certainly does not add to the speed of the projectile or the power produced. I've taken the bow off as it just takes up room.Most of the projectiles shatter BEFORE they leave the barrel. On the odd/rare occasion the projectile is fired successfully, there is not enough power, even at close range, to shatter the projectile. It just bounces off and then bounces around like a little rubber ball.I'm sorry I wasted my money and expected better from the description provided by the manufacturers. My advice to anybody - don't buy this - it will disappoint anyone who uses it.
