Work great! - I want more!
- These 1mm CTD drill-bits are, in my opinion, *great*. They bore into 300-series Stainless Steel really well! - I do use some cooling oil of course, and since I'm using them in a Rotary Tool and pushing waaaaay past the recommended 150 RPM, I only work them in short "bursts" if I'm going through anything that's more than about 22 gauge, to give everything time to cool down if things begin to feel too warm to the touch. But so far, they have allowed me to drill some things I could not drill previously, so I am more than happy! =:-D - I'm also looking at other sizes of this same bit from the same excellent vendor ("Mechanics tools and bits"). If the other sizes work as well as these 1mm bits, lots of new project possibilities open up...!

Sharp and cuts through metal well
I use a pin vice to drill small holes in wargaming miniatures. i use small ones for "pinning" where I insert a piece of clipped paper clip between two pieces to form a stronger joining. An average paperclip is 0.8mm thick so 1mm works good, these are pretty solid so I'm hoping they won't break like my .9mm ones did, so far they've sliced really well through Privateer press metal and plastic.

Fantastic bits!
High quality bits... they perform well and I was immediately able to wrap up a job for a customer after getting the size I needed. For the present job (customer's watch) I wasn't about to mess with cheaper bits and I don't regret it. I always order multiples of small bits so I can break one right away, but even that didn't happen this time around... drilling was smooth and predictable, even with the 300-lb monkey operating the tool. Highly recommended!

Finally! A bit that works!
First, let me say that I knew nothing about drilling holes. I am trying to learn. These bits are pricey, but they work great. I was able to start drilling with the bit skipping. And, the bit doug out metal as it went down, so the whole was clean and the motor on my Dremel did not have to work as hard. It definitely lasted longer than the standard microbits that I started with. Just take care that you don't drop or step on them!

Worked like a charm
I bought these to drill a hole in some brass pipe to create a propane jet for my Ron Reil style forge burner. Worked like a charm.

good!
Happy with speedy delivery. These turned out to be too small for what I thought, but that is me. I tried larger diameters and these are good bits.
