Zombies never tasted so Good....
This hot sauce is fantastic - My wife and I regularly pick up a new hot sauce when we see it on the store shelf, and usually end up some what disappointed. I saw the other reviews for this on amazon and figured with 4 flavors let's give it a try - and I am so glad that I did -- the 4 varieties are different enough, that its hard to pick which one to use each night - we have been using it on pizza, egg whites, in soups, pretty much anything that I would have used another hot sauce for, and it has even replaced our staple hot sauces like Sriracha and Red Hot. The Lagniappe has a mild heat, but an amazing flavor - I love it on my eggs in the morning or times when I want the great flavor but I am not looking to amp up the heat -- the Cajun and Cajun Garlic have a decent kick - one with a more traditional flavor, the garlic enhances that with a nice garlic flavor - I personally like that on pizza or pastas, where the added garlic is nice -- then for the bold real hot sauce consumer - you have the antidote. It is hot - it sneaks up on you a bit, the first couple of seconds you can taste the great flavor, followed by that sweet burn - a burn that will send the weak of heart and palate to the fridge for a large glass of milk, followed by a half hour of whining. My wife considers herself a pro when it comes to taking the hot sauce heat in stride, and this one she has to be careful with not to add to much depending on how much heat she is trying to get - myself, I like a hot hot sauce, and this fits the bill when that is what I am looking for - a few drops to a soup or chili and its perfect. I will be buying this on a regular basis for my pantry

A Must Have for Hot Sauce Enthusiasts
I purchased this set before Christmas, I had ordered the original zombie cajun and loved it. So when I found out that they had come out with three new sauces, I was beyond excited. After getting the excellent packed item in the mail, I waited a few days till I could get some fresh oysters and frog legs to put it to the test. On NYE, I did just that. I laid down the gauntlet and the new sauces did not disappoint. The new, "The Antidote", sauce has a good kick without consuming you heat and leaving the food with flavor. I tried this on my blackened frog legs and baked oyster po-boy. It was just what i needed to jazz them both to where I wanted. Let me note, I consume a lot of ghost peppers sauces, to the point to where my taste buds have become diluted through the years, and this sauce to me was still a great, spicy, tasty sauce. The,"Zombie Cajun Garlic, Dual Protection", has a great garlic taste without leaving a person to wonder if they will smell of garlic throughout the day. I have been consistently putting this on spaghetti, meatball sandwiches and numerous deli meat concoctions. This sauce as opposed to other garlic hot sauces i have found does not linger with you and I never get bored of the taste. Then there is that classic,"Lagniappe", sauce. I don't think you can own a hot sauce company in Louisiana and not have a in house Lagniappe sauce. When I moved to Louisiana years ago i asked a friend what Lagniappe meant after trying his famly recipe. He replied,"good stuff", for the record.. it doesn't, i have never really bothered to look it up. I just instantyl assume it means a,"great smoky, robust taste", which is exactly what this sauce captures. You can tell the folks at Zombie Cajun worked hard to get this flavor just right, this is the best mass produced Lagniappe sauce I have ever had.My only compliant with the Zombie Cajun Hot Sauce brand is this, they have now made it hard to choose which flavor of their sauce i will drench my food in next!Great job, Zombie Cajun!

Fantastic all the way around!!!
I decided to get this for my staff as we go through a ton of hot sauce in the office. I chose this for a couple reasons. 1) The packaging is great. Well thought out. And you get a storybook. Nice addition. 2) The price for 4 bottles is great. You can't beat getting 4 flavors anywhere for what I paid. We've tried them all and can't say enough about how amazing the flavors are. The Antidote is the hottest but not kill your mouth for hours hot. It packs a nice punch. Lagniappe has a BBQ taste to it. Smokey goodness. The Garlic is milder but provides great flavor to any food. And the Zombie Cajun is akin to Franks but way better. All of them will make your mouth tingle on some level.Lastly, this is a family run business. Made in the US. The owner personally reached out to me to make sure that everything was ok with the order and the sauce. Service like that you can barely find in this day and age. Over all, two thumbs up!

Nice sauce set with some ups and downs.
Alright, so I held off writing my review until I gave each one of these a nice run with most of my, er, "sauce-able" dishes. So here it goes:First off, the Lagniappe sauce. This one is by far my favorite. It went so well with everything I threw at it; steaks, ribs, chicken... even goes well as pizza dip (yeah I'm one of those people). The heaviness and flavor reminds me of a brand I liked as a kid before they changed their recipe into what must certainly be "sour peppered water" or something. Five stars for this one.Next, the Antidote. Finally, an extra-hot sauce that actually tastes good too! 'Nuff said, five stars.Third, the Garlic sauce. To be honest I kind of expected a little more flavor out of this one. I prefer plain ol' garlic Tabasco to this one in terms of impact. Three stars.Lastly, the Zombie Cajun sauce. Some people in my household liked it. Personally I found it a bit on the sour side so it didn't quite click with me on its own. It *did* enhance some of my sour blends nicely and it works well in a marinade, so there's that. Three stars.
