Whiskey Chilling Cubes – 9 Soapstone Rocks in a Magnetic Designer Gift Box with a Black Velvet Bag

I purchased these fantastic whiskey stones based on a recommendation from a friend. Though I don't consider myself a connoisseur, I do enjoy a cold glass of Jameson or Bulleit from time to time. The idea of a whiskey literally "on the rocks" that didn't eventually water down my tasty beverage was well worth the purchase price. They give the glass the perfect amount of chill and, after losing darn near every coaster I've ever owned, my coffee table also appreciates fewer water rings. Not only have I recommended them to my friends, I've purchased some for family members as well. The stones themselves are stylish and make you look like you know what you’re doing with a drink in your hand. 5 Stars from me for the simplicity and functionality alone!

I find that the frozen cubes transfer Very little cooling to even the smallest amount of liquor in the glass. A waste of money. I wish I could return them.

The product was delivered quickly, but one of the cubes was broken. It was a very minor break and I'm not sure my dad even noticed, but it's like a sliver of one of the cubes peeled off. I just hope it doesn't keep peeling into his drink. They're a fairly cheap product as far as cost goes, but it was still disappointed to open it, broken.

The box came pretty beat up with a sticker seal that had been obviously opened, but the condition of the stones seemed to be okay. It just won't be as nice of a presentation, especially considering this is a gift.

Stones work perfectly but I bought it as a present and as soon as i opened it the boxes edge opened, showing the gluing.

These little guys worked great for what I wanted them to do -- put a SLIGHT chill on my straight liquor of choice (usually whiskey). They really help to take the edge off the drink without diluting it.My girlfriend (love you babe) picked these up for my birthday. I usually add 3 of them to my drink, and after a short wait I can enjoy a slightly chilled and very pleasant drink which isn't watered down.I've successfully used these guys with a number of other sipping liquors including vodka, gin, and tequilla. They work great with anything really.Now, if I could JUST get my hands that bottle of Pappy Van Winkle I've been dreaming about...
