EYE MAGNET WITH LOOP HIGH QUALITY G.S INSTRUMENTS

Nice tool especially for use in the construction industry. Lets just hope that I don't have to use it too often

I would like to have a longer loop than as supplied and a Somewhat lighter duty line would be helpful for fitting the curvature of the eyeball within the eye socket to get at troublesome contaminants.

This is one of the worst items I've ever purchase. I work with stainless steel so I know it very well..This eye magnet is A very cheap type of stainless. The way you can tell is to put A magnet to the body that holds the magnet and if the attraction is low to strong its cheap..it contains A lot of reg steel & other metals ..Good stainless has no attraction at all ..Also its dirty & looks very cheap..The magnet contains A lot of the manufacturing fine shavings in the threads & the eye magnet itself...Would you put that in your eye ? The description on Amazons sight it says made of high quality stainless ! Items of this type for first aid especially for the eyes should be more scrutinize by Amazon as some one might get hurt. Don't Buy It..(See Picture)

The craftsmanship of the magnetic (bullet) side of this device leaves much to be desired. It has a sharpened end and the grit level of the grinding wheel that cut it into shape is much too coarse. I would never put this near my eye to extract a magnetic bit for fear of scratching the cornea, so I had it turned down into a smoother, wider radius and polished. Also, the threadings in the body of the tube that holds each device inside are extremely sharp and protrude enough to cut you when un-threading the devices. I had to sand down the threadings so they were clean and level with the body of the tube. On the other hand however, the nylon loop device is well done and it should serve well. The craftsmanship leaves quite a bit to be desired, but if you're handy and have the proper machine tools, you can get this into shape (results may vary, adulterating this device may likely void warranty, modify at your own risk).

Hard to find item and works great!

Tool arrived within 2days, that was great. The magnet isn’t seated nicely and has no magnetic pull. Not sure if I can remagnetize it or not we will see?
