Fantastic gorgeous high end sound - too bad the cord to plug connection is so weak the headphone will fail sooner or later.
I bought mine 2 years ago - March 2016. It recently completely failed and became unusuable. About 6 months ago, the microphones stopped working but the earphones continued to work so I kept using it because the sound was so gorgeous. The biggest problem is that the flat cord attachment to the plug. It is very weak without any strain relief. This is the part that fails. So Sad a design flaw from a major audio company who has a history of very high quality hardware. When this part fails, one may experience static noise, clicking. In my case the microphone completely failed 6 months ago, then the cord detached enough to completely fail and make the headphone unusable 2 years after I bought it.Some people may have difficulty keeping the headphone kept in their ear because of their weight and length. But luckily, they fit my ears. I love the metal casing used since it keeps out environmental sound better than it if it was plastic like other headphones. The NAD VISO HPH20 In-Ear Headphones have gorgeous, awesome sound. The bass is substantial, palpable and tight but does not overwhelm the rest of the sound frequencies. This is a very accurate headphone with an exciting and highly enjoyable sound. As of 4/8/2018, I see that the price has fallen from $150 down to the firesale price of $69. Sad. It doesn't look long for this world. Tempting though since at $69, the sound completely blows away anything in the market at that price. And 2 years of service may make this worthwhile - and I would reinforce the plug area with epoxy and other means to keep the headphone alive.

Sound great, but sound cuts in and out on my iPhone
These earbuds sound and fit great, but when I use them with my iPhone, the connector doesn't fit right in the headphone jack and the sound cuts in and out if I'm moving. They worked fine for a while and have only recently begun exhibiting this behavior. If the phone is stationary, the sound is fine. When I put my phone in my pocket and start walking around, it becomes a problem. Maybe it works better with other devices. Buyer beware.

HP20s + foam tips = great phones
These are excellent sounding mid-priced buds that were not so excellent until I added Comply foam tips. Maybe it's just my ears but foam tips are the only way to go for me and they really brought out a wonderful richness in these headphones. The buds seem to be well made, don't tip out, and the in-line controls are excellent. The sound is very neutral to my ears, not overly bright. Bass is good and genuine, not boomy.

dont get it
feels heavy in the ears and will often fall out by itself. the pair i got had always had some static noise in the background and some clicking as well whenever i moved around. the worst part was that it sometimes shocked me through the metal casing. The sound quality is also not nearly at the level it should be for this kind of price.

Malfunction after a month of use.
The mic (and buttons) & left ear no longer work after a month of use. The earphones sounded fine when it was functional. But cannot recommend based on build quality. Expected more out of a $160 purchase.

The tips it comes with are awful. Change asap
At first listen they were really uncomfortable with no bass but I used some better tips from other earbuds and they immediately came to life. Amazing sound as expected from NAD
