I think I have tried most every pasta substitute and found these to be the best. The orzo shape needs to be cooked significantly longer than the package directions. The macaroni cooks well at the prescribed time. It is good cold in a pasta salad and holds up perfectly in a casserole even when frozen and reheated. They taste really good and the texture is good. It does not exactly taste like pasta, but it is close enough to make me so so happy.
