While it is beautiful and relatively easy to install I would disagree with other reviews for ability to cool room. We do have vaulted ceiling but it is barely strong enough to feel a breeze unless you’re right under it. Would be better suited for smaller rooms

The media could not be loaded.  PROS:I'm in love with the chandelier portion of this fan. Stunning, fun to look at, very elegant and classes up the room.I do like that the crystals do not shake or make noise while the fan is on high power. That is impressive. They only shiver ever-so-slightly.CONS:I'm not in love with the fan portion of it. The motor on the highest setting has an annoying frequency and is quite loud compared to other fans I have. So I only use the middle setting for the fan. This wouldn't be an issue except that the flow of air points straight down, and to get proper airflow in the whole room it needs to be on the highest setting. This makes sense because the cupping, curved design of the blades really forms a tunnel of air that points straight down. The air in the rest of the room moves gently, but if you really want to feel the fan, you need to stand directly under it. I'm disappointed in the fan but the chandelier was the number reason I got this fan, and the number one reason why I still love it.CUSTOMIZING:I don't like the look of chrome so I opted to paint the chrome housing matte white. I used Rustoleum primer, Rustoleum flat white paint+primer, and Rustoleum matte clear enamel topcoat. 3 coats of each. The finished result is stunning and I absolutely love it. Probably voided my warranty by painting it, but YOLO. If you go this route, make sure to follow instructions on the spray bottles, and most importantly, sand the chrome before putting any paint on it. Paint will not stick well to chrome if not sanded.ASSEMBLY TIPS:I painted, assembled, and installed this fan entirely by myself. I am a petite person with no experience doing electrical, and I was able to figure it out just fine and did not break anything. During install, I kept all of the plastic wrap over the housing portions so that I did not scratch up my paint job. Also, when installing the crystals, I recommend using a needle nose pliers to pry open the wire clasps. That makes it much easier to attach the crystal strands to the crystal balls. See my photos for an example.After installing a couple strands of crystal, I thought the crystal looked a bit dull. So I began polishing them with a microfiber cloth before installing the rest. It's a lot easier to clean crystal before it is on the fixture. It made a big difference and made the shimmer more reflective and vibrant.FINAL WORDS:I would recommend this chandelier only for a small room where air flow is not super important. I would not buy it again probably because I would look for better air flow options and a brand of fan that is known for quiet motors. Parrot Uncle is not a legacy fan company so I'm not surprised that the motor and air flow isn't up to par with fans like Hampton Bay or Hunter. But this is a revolutionary design for a fan, and everyone who sees it in my home is impressed and loves it. It's a great conversation piece and fun to show off. I hope this company continues to put out great designs and can improve airflow down the line.

I paid 200 to have this installed and the light doesn't turn on. I messaged the company who offered to send a replacement receiver, but the electrician already tried a universal one and it didn't work. Faulty product.UpdateSeller offered replacement or refund. Took the refund as I needed it before a certain date. Updated to 5 stars for customer service.

😒had the fan since September. Had it installed in Oct. loved it and It just completely stopped working today. July😒😒

The media could not be loaded.  Feb 19-20, 2021This fandelier looks great and so far the basic functionality works well! It was delivered a day before the earliest arrival date as well which was good.The installation is not too bad but you will need 2 people for 1 particular part. Part of what greatly impacted installation were the poorly produced instructions. If you've installed ceiling fans before you can figure out the missing parts except for 1 thing maybe. There is a Remote and a Receiver for the Remote. The Receiver has to be installed in the ceiling fan as well. However, the instructions are so poorly organized and not well written that you can (I did) miss installing the receiver until near the end. That was quite a frustrating realization!I have to take it down (think I figured out a way with minimum disruption) install/wire the Receiver and then give it a full test run...that's why so far I only say the basic functionality is good.Will post more once installed Receiver.Got the receiver connected, dropped a couple AAA batteries in the remote, and tested the fan using the remote. Works great!Product works as described and looks great so 5 of 5 stars from that standpoint. Tip: use daylight 40 watt equivalent LED bulbs. Really dazzles then!

We haven't been able to find anything like this at Home Depot, or Lowes, but if they would have we imagine it would cost much more! I haven't Used it long, only a few days, just put it together and tested it out and everything works fine. First thing I did was lay everything out to check the inventory, to make sure all the parts were included and at first I thought it was missing some, until I realized they were already installed (put together) on other parts. For myself working alone, it really did not take that long to put it all together and install it. But I am mechanically inclined and do have electrical experience, which does help! But, this was easier than I expected, the instructions were pretty good, just looking at the pictures told me everything. From start to end it did not take me over an hour to understand everything and install it. I had previous experience on stringing a smaller similar crystal ceiling light, so I was able to use a method and the stringing the crystals went pretty easy and fast.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the most amazing light fixture/fan! Works great for our laundry room, which needed a small fan but I wanted something pretty as well. The clear retractable blades produce a quite powerful breeze! I was pleasantly surprised and stunned that it is so pretty yet functions extremely well! I highly recommend this product. Everyone who comes to my house cannot believe it’s a fan until I turn it on. I had a professional electrician install it and he said it was not difficult and the assembly went quickly also. I don’t review many products, but I felt compelled to write about this one as it’s absolutely perfect! Buy this product, folks! You will NOT be disappointed!
