Quality Brush
I just received this brush. It looks good, feels nice in your hand. All the bristles were even, there was no shedding bristles, it's soft, but still firm enough to get a nice massage to the scalp. (I have a short buzzed haircut) I washed it before, using it for the first time. I dried it with a warm blow dryer. I'm sure you could let it air dry, but I wanted to hurry up and try it out Even after washing and drying it, there still was no shedding bristles. Note: if you wash this brush, don't soak it with water and soap for too long. You don't want to damage the wooden handle. Other than that, I would recommend.

Very gentle brush
Im recovering from cancer and have used this brush multiple times a day to stimulate my scalp, which is affected by chemo. It is so gentle on my scalp and I think it is helping with hair growth now that Im through chemo. It’s important to have a brush that is gentle on the scalp.

Overall
The brushes are fine. the medium brush is just a lot softer, and the soft brush is where it’s supposed to be and the bristles do fall out very easy for wavers,I would recommend the soft brush and the medium brush, I wouldn’t recommend most likely.

SHEDS LIKE CRAZY!!
I’m not sure if I got a defective brush, but based on other reviews, it seems I’m not alone. This brush sheds like crazy! I’m not talking about just a few hairs, I'm talking a lot, even just from touching it. It’s such a shame because the brush has the perfect density and softness I love in a boar bristle brush. But the shedding is out of control, every time I use it, I end up with 30–40 white bristles all over my hair and shoulders. It’s super disappointing.
