Ive been taking the supplements for about a week now and I’ve noticed that when I take it, I have more energy throughout my day than when I don’t take it. I haven’t lost any weight with it yet but it appears to be doing something beneficial for me. I’d keep taking it for the energy boost.

I've been doing Keto for a couple of months with slow results, thought this might speed up weight loss but hasn't so far. I read it can take up to 28 days to see results so going for the second bottle now.

I wanted to try this product for the gut healing that other users have reported. I have IBS and have been taking this for 3 weeks now and can report some improvements. It definitely curbs my appetite, so if it helps with weight loss, that will be a bonus. I am not on the keto diet. I am going to continue using this and will report again if I have furthur improvement.

I got this and in all honesty see no difference in taking this versus not taking this. I so NO weight loss on this pill and in fact when I went off it is when I lost weight .DON'T waste your money on this . Who know what bad chemicals they put in this to damage your body than help . Big regret in buying this and I follow a very very strict keto diet.

It's working well. It's not as strong as the powder for6mulas but great for on the go. I can keep them in my pocket and no gross flavor.
