Rosen Video DP1068 Universal Back-Up Color Camera with Mount and Harness (1 Each)

Got this installed last week along with a Rosen Nav unit on my 2009 Toyota Venza and it is basically plug and play. Took a little time though to run the wires from the back to the unit in the dash but I did not rush it so that it will be perfect, had to take out the back fiberglass panel where the logo Venza is located to be able to install it flush. I like the way it looks, you cannot tell the difference between the OEM and this. The gridlines you see when backing up is a nice touch, though just an estimate it gives you a good idea where the edges are when backing up.Now the bad part. This thing is almost useless in the dark, you get splotchy images during low lighting conditions and you barely see the surroundings. This phenomenon is similar to a digital camera image when you try to focus it in near total darkness. My OEM 2008 Honda Odyssey back-up camera beats this thing 10 to 3 easily. The other annoyance which is really the head unit's fault is that whenever you put it on reverse, the music is significantly lowered. I understand that this is a safety feature but it's programmed in such a way that the volume can be barely heard.
