This is an adorable sweater. I ordered a large (thinking this would fit my med-large stagfordshire/husky mix. I could only get it over her head..not big enough. So, I gave it to a friend who has a Corgi (as it appeared to be the right size.

I followed the instructions to measure the dog to order the perfect size and it was extremely big for my dog. It cover her tail. I didn't return it because I gave it away as a present to a friend

The sweater is super cute and the size was correct, but my 5lb chihuahua wore her sweater just one day and the threads started unraveling. It’s just not made very well. I’m not sure it will last through the holidays.

So it stretches out too much, the armhole is massive, and there is no fixed stitching at the arm so the yarn comes apart a little every day. My puppy wakes up with it off because it is that easy to take off and well, the only good part is it is only being used for Christmas time festivities. Definitely DO NOT recommend for everyday long term use. Also, I wouldn't wash in washer, but only by hand. Same with dryer.
