The EcoPosh Recycled Organic Newborn Fitted Diaper, by Kanga Care, is made out of rayon from bamboo, organic cotton and recycled water bottles. The Newborn Fitted is complete with a sensitive snap down cord care feature. The Newborn Fitted adjusts to 2 different sizes to accommodate little ones from 4-12 pounds. Because this is a fitted diaper you will need to use a diaper cover. WASH AND CARE: New diapers made from organic materials need to be "prepped". To "prep" diapers, wash on hot (no detergent) then tumble dry on high 3-5 times. Diapers will be at their maximum absorbency after 8-10 washes. For regular wash care: 1. Cold Rinse, no detergent. 2. Hot Wash/Cold Rinse with the suggested amount of detergent (see www.kangacare.com for full list of recommended detergents). Tumble dry low. All Kanga Care products are designed and invented by Julie Ekstrom, mom and CEO of Kanga Care, and distributed worldwide out of Golden, CO.

Great for small newborns!
Love these! They are the only cloth diapers we've found that fit our newborn and keep him dry. Everything else "newborn" size is still too big and/or leaks. I also love that these snap down away from the umbilical cord, and that they have a lot of size adjustment snaps so they will grow with him. My only complaint is that we can't buy extra inserts - would be nice to have some extras for when he doesn't dirty the shell.

Love the recycled nature of the diaper
Ordered this for our 9 month old who is a heavy wetter at night. It works very well, but needs a cover to be completely waterproof. Love the recycled nature of the diaper, it is super soft and she seems happy in it.Cons...It does take FOREVER to dry, but that just shows out how absorbant it is, so not really a negative, just a pain.It runs on the small side. She is 21 lbs and we are on the last snap so no room to grow. Would be nice of they made it bigger. Not sure how they feel it will last to 35 to 40 lbs.Really do love this diaper though, and it's the only nightime cloth solution that has worked for us this far.

... with the double gusset and it really dose it's dirty job of holding in the dirty stuff
This is my first diaper with the double gusset and it really dose it's dirty job of holding in the dirty stuff. They do get a little "pillie" from the laundary. It is a great diaper in quality and fit for my 1 year old toddler. It is great that it givers her better air circulation, is made from recycled materials, and I love the classic look of the solid color. I purchased it on sale, otherwise these are out of our diaper price range. If you can get them on sale, I highly recommend this diaper.

It is fantastic in terms of absorbency
My son is 6 months and has been wearing this at night since about 3 months. It is fantastic in terms of absorbency, by far the most absorbent diaper we have. It has never leaked, even when he started tummy sleeping for 12 hours at night! The only issue is that it will not fit him for very much longer. My son is 90th percentile for height and weight, 20lbs and 29 inches so this would work longer for a smaller baby but is still very small for a one size diaper. If there were a larger size than this I would buy it in a heartbeat because this diaper is truly bulletproof.

Love it
Love this diaper especially for night time! It's so soft and well made, it fits great! No leaks. Love that its a fitted with a pocket for inserts. The inserts that the diaper come with are great and there are many options for absorbency. My son is a heavy wetter and its our favorite diaper. I gave it 4 stars bc it takes forever to try and bc the outer later starts to pill after 1 wash, but other than that its perfect

Good quality but the pocket is very tight
Good quality but the pocket is very tight, hard to stuff and the diaper itself seems to be stiff compared to other fitteds that I've used. It did its job but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I know.

Our perfect nightime solution!
I adore these diapers. My little one just turned 3 and still has to wear a diaper at night. She weighs 30 pounds and is 38 inches tall and these still fit her with a little more room to grow. The Ecoposh wool covers are a tight fit and I didn't like the extra work to care for them so I started using Thirsties diaper covers (size large) over these and it has worked out great. She is a heavy wetter and these have not leaked. I do not add any extra inserts and she can go 12 hours. They will get pilly and lose some softness after the initial wash, but after that they hold up quite well. Also, because they are made with natural fibers, there is no horrible ammonia smells when I open the diaper in the morning like I used to get with pocket diapers that had microfiber inserts. I have no regrets spending money on these because they were completely worth it for me.
