Perfect & Ultimate Sugar Replacement for Anything
I love this stuff. In the past five years, I've probably bought this a dozen or so times. I use it for everything you would use regular cane sugar for (white or brown); coffee, drinks, yogurt, baking--you name it! I've tried probably 50 different types of alternate sugars growing up and into my adulthood, and this is by far the best. It acts exactly like regular sugar in baking and all other uses, and tastes almost exactly the same. I say almost exactly because it does have a very, very light flavor to it of monk fruit. I've tried many different types of monk fruit sweeteners as well... they are not all created equal. I've even used 100% monk fruit powder (wow that is powerful stuff! Has a grossly sweet flavor, not at all like sugar but still better than some replacements like stevia). Another second favorite would be agave syrup, but that still has a lot of calories. I find this product is the healthiest option that is most like sugar. Seriously, if not for the very faint flavor (which is a very good flavor, by the way) I would say it is exactly like sugar. Well, it does seem to sweeten just a bit more than real sugar, just a little, which I don't mind. The carbs are nonexistent. On my searches, I've found it's really hard to get a sweetener that has both 0 calories, 0 carbs, isn't really engineered and is actually healthy from you... usually at best you get either 0 carbs or 0 calories. This sweetener has 0 net carbs but it does have some calories... however, it's such low calories compared to so many others that it is the best bang for your health and caloric buck. I try to convince all my family and friends that this stuff is a life and game changer... but they're always skeptical and won't try it, lol! However no one ever notices anything when I bake it or use it to make their coffee etc. I don't think they notice a difference at all. To me, it makes things taste a little better. I love sweet things like Starbucks coffee and sweet yogurt so I like to make my own with this monk fruit sweetener (specifically the brown kind seems to be the magical recipe), and feel a whole lot better about it. In conclusion, just get this stuff! Give it a shot! You can't go wrong with it. I like the brown kind.

I'll keep buying this product!
I was looking for a sugar substitute that wasn’t an artificial sweetener, mainly for my morning coffee—not for baking or cooking. I decided to try the smallest bag first, and I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes just like sugar with no weird aftertaste, which was exactly what I wanted. I liked it so much that I bought it again, this time the 16 oz bag, and I’ll see how long it lasts. If I were diabetic and using this as a full replacement for sugar in everything, I could see how the cost might add up. But for my needs, it’s completely worth it. You’re paying for a high-quality product that doesn’t compromise your health. One thing to note is that this product contains erythritol. Like with many ingredients, there can be side effects, but it’s worth remembering that erythritol is naturally ingested when we drink wine or beer. And let’s be honest—sugar itself has plenty of side effects too. At the end of the day, everything has its trade-offs, and you just have to pick your poison.

Monk Fruit Magic: My Sweet Tooth’s New BFF
As someone whose sweet tooth has its own gym membership, I’ve been on a never-ending quest for a sugar substitute that doesn’t taste like regret or leave me wondering if I just licked a chemistry set. Enter: Health Garden Monk Fruit Sweetener, Classic. Spoiler alert-it’s so good, even my sugar bowl feels threatened. First Impressions: The bag is so big, I briefly considered using it as a doorstop. But then I remembered: I have cookies to make and zero time for doors. The sweetener itself looks like sugar, pours like sugar, and, most importantly, doesn’t make me question my life choices. Taste Test: I started small-coffee. One spoonful and I was convinced I’d accidentally grabbed real sugar. No weird aftertaste, no “wait, is that… licorice?” moment. Encouraged, I went full mad scientist: banana bread, brownies, and even a batch of “I-swear-they’re-healthy” muffins. Every time, the results were so convincing, my family staged an intervention for my “sugar addiction.” Joke’s on them-it’s monk fruit! Health Perks: Zero calories. My bathroom scale is finally less judgy. No blood sugar spikes. My pancreas sent a thank-you card. Keto-friendly, gluten-free, and apparently safe for pets (though my cat still prefers tuna). The Fine Print: Yes, it contains erythritol. If you’re sensitive, maybe don’t eat an entire tray of cookies in one sitting (ask me how I know). But for most, it’s smooth sailing. Final Verdict: If you’re looking to cut sugar without cutting joy, this is the sweetener for you. It’s so good, I’m convinced the monks who invented this were actual wizards. Highly recommended for bakers, coffee lovers, and anyone who wants to have their cake and eat it too-without the sugar crash.

Tastes good, BUT.....
Tastes much better then plain monk sweetner and no bitter after taste. I was so happy to find a monk sweetner that does not ruin the taste of my coffee. But I did not realize it had erythritol in it. The package says MONK in big letters and erythritol in tiny letters. I did not use my reading glasses. I only found out now that it's first ingredient is erythitol,, and then monk. My concern is that recently they found a correlation to strokes, blood clots on people who have erythitol in their system and a had a heart attack. It does not mean this caused the stroke and heart attack, but a correlation. Idk but it scares me bec I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure(sometimes) and thyroid issue with my t3 and t4. and my A1c is not the greatest, so had i known it contained erythyol, I would not have bought. Oh well, I'll use it up, but afraid to buy again. I'm going to search for golden monk without erythitol. I wish this company would make it. This product is good if you are not worried about erythitol. I'll just convince myself it's still better then sugar, but after this I'm afraid to buy more.
