I am very happy with these curtains and they look great especially for the price. They look much more expensive than they were. They are definitely black out curtains.Prompt delivery too.

These curtains were easy to put up and once up they open and close very easily. They are quite light and do seem to block out almost all light. I have placed them in my lounge as I prefer darker plain curtains to busy patterns. They come with a pair of tie backs too. Overall a good purchase and recommend them if you're on a budget like me.

Bought these in Navy blue, really are blackout.Beautiful material and colour.Good quality, was so impressed I bought another pair in Black.The Black ones are not as 'blackout', there are tiny pinprick patches that you can see the light through. Better than my old curtains though, and apart from looking a tiny bit thinner than the Navy ones they still seem like good quality for the price.I may buy more in other colours.

I bought these after spending quite a few hours trailing Amazon, reading reviews. I wanted three pairs of matching curtains for my living room in a dark greyish colour. After reading two reviews, both stating that the colour silver grey, was actually alot darker in colour than the picture suggested, I went for the lighter option.Firstly, they arrived very quickly. I ordered them at approx 19.30 and they arrived the following afternoon.I was a bit gutted, should of gone by the description of the advert maybe however honest reviews are what usually make me purchase an item.They were not the colour I thought, not the colour advertised in people's homes, the colour that they had purchased. They were the colour advertised in the picture. Completely misleading, not by the company selling them.Straight away, I knew they were not right for me so they would be returned.The quality was fine, not thick but quite heavy, blackout. Felt a bit like velour.I personally wouldn't use them for a lounge, would be fine for bedroom curtains but did look a little on the cheaper side-obviously they are an absolute bargain so your getting what you've paid for.Sadly gutted about the colour, if you want darker ones then do not go for this colour- go for the darker colour.

These are excellent. I moved into a new apartment last November but thought that the dark blue curtains I had (with little else colour co-ordinated, that stuff was split between my Ex-Wife and myself) that the bedroom was too dark.Anyway as I wanted to brighten it up I went for ochre/yellow as it's my 5 year old Daughter's favourite colour and so thought I'd go that route for matching items to brighten up my bedroom (even though there's enough yellow in her bedroom to almost blind you it's so bright).I admit to being worried about the difference in how much light was kept out when going from dark curtains with very thick lining to a bright curtain like this, especially as it's only about half the weight.However so far it has been just as good as the other curtains in keeping the room dark when I want it to be.That's the practical side bit out of the way. The other thing to review is how they look.And I'm delighted to say that they do exactly what they were bought for. Along with a few other items being replaced (new lamps with shades colour matching the curtains, etc) the whole room looks so different and bright now, even though nothing has changed or been moved around.The whole 'new look' feel has come mainly from the curtains and I'm loving them.

The pricing for these is great and the colours match the picture perfectly (ordered Cream).Unfortunately when the curtains were put up I realised that there was a noticeable tear in one of them and also there is a size difference between the curtains of about 2 inches.

I got these curtains after reading a fair few reviews and they seemed good quality. They do feel very nice and soft and lightweight but thick enough. However for the lighter colours, i wouldn't consider them blockout. It might be for the very dark colours however not for the light beige which is a bit dissapointing. They work well to blockout street lights however not for the morning sun where it is about 50% blockout.

Lovely curtains for the price, pretty good quality. Be careful when ironing if you don't have an iron that has a material sensor control. Oh it was described as yellow but is more the currently popular mustardy yellow, nice all the same. They were used in a childs bedroom.
