I was storing my coffee in a smaller plastic container with a screw on lid and was concerned about BPA. I love having a larger glass container that stores more coffee, which means I don’t have to grind as often. I also love the airtight button for freshness. Just what I was looking for. 🥰

This jar is just about perfect for 12oz of coffee, and even fits the bag if that’s your thing. The glass itself was a bit thinner than I had expected, but I go through about a bag a week and it’s always fresh at the end so it passes the test.My first jar arrived pretty smashed up but their customer service was prompt and they had a replacement to me in a few days.

Before writing any review I wanted to wait and see the quality of airtight rubber. This is my fifth canister and I think it will be last! So far, the best brand to keep my coffee grounds fresh and I liked the fact that it is glass because metal ones also affect the taste after a time. I will definitely buy more and switch old ones to Saki!

So far it’s doing the job and it looks great. The glass seems a little thin and I’m constantly worried about it breaking. I’m realizing that I should’ve gotten the larger size. The small one doesn’t hold 1lb of coffee, so I’m left with some still in the package until I make a few brews.

I had the coffee maker from Saki and I am really happy with my machine. For more fresh coffee I wanted to keep my coffee fresh because the sunlight, air, and heat sometimes makes the coffee bitter. This canister not only airtight rubber but it has the button for releasing carbon dioxide! I really feel the taste difference and improvement in my coffees.

Canister:This Saki coffee canister Perfectly works like a vacuum bag maybe even better than that! Even though weeks past my coffee stays as fresh as the first day and not even a small change in the taste of coffee beans. So far, I am happy with this product!

I thought it was going to be larger but it is smaller than I thought. It looks like a tube from a chemistry lab with a plastic cup. Very disappointed.

What a reassuring sound of the air being forced out when you put the lid on!
