ErgoFoam Adjustable Desk Foot Rest
Love it!! Bought one for me (53 years old) and my son (17). My son was putting his leg up under his chair and causing pain in his foot while doing on-line school and video games. Since we are both working from home due to COVID and on the computer I figured I would give it a try so I ordered (2). Just came today and he loves the way it feels on his bare feet and takes the pressure of his back. He told me he does not feel like he needs to sit on his leg like he was doing. I have briefly tried mine since I am having back and leg pain (have sciatic issues-pinched nerve) and working from home does not help my back issues. What a relief it takes of my back. I never write reviews but I did research these on line before purchasing and was hoping they would be good. We are very happy with the sturdiness of these, the comfort, and the height adjustment. He does not need the extra height but he is really tall. I am 5'4 and need both pads to raise my knees where they should be. Thank you for making a good quality product.

Really helps with comfort sitting at the desk
I bought this a few weeks ago to rest my feet on under my new workstation at home. (Future people: hope Covid is over) I was using a pile of folded sheets on which to rest my feet for several months and my lower back was hurting. I shopped, read these reviews, and tried this thing. I'm 5'3" - my feet don't touch the ground. I needed something about 6 inches tall to rest my feet on. This works great. It flips all around so I can adjust my feet orientation as needed. I like turning it over so I can rock my feet and calves back and forth with the round part on the floor and my feet on the flat part. So far, after hours of resting my feet on it, the foam is not sagging -which I worry it will do some time. This fabric is also really soft to the touch. I'm really happy I tried it. My back doesn't hurt any more. I am also getting up and moving around a little more often, I think. Good luck!

Decent option for under $50
Working at my desk from home has made ergonomics a top priority to save my body from aches and numbing. I have shorter legs, so it was really important for me to lift my feet and improve circulation. I decided on this one for the price, decent reviews, and the foam material (since I did not want to go for a hard foot rest). Pluses: - Adjustable to 2 heights (by adding or removing the bottom section which is a few inches thick. - Foam and velvety material are very comfortable. - It's very light, easy to move around. - It's quiet since the entire footrest is soft, and no mechanical parts. Minuses: - The outside velvet collects dust pretty easily, so I have to vacuum it often. - Although, it is fairly comfortable, I am now feeling like I should've bought a foot rest with a little more adjustability. Overall, this is a pretty good footrest for the price.

Very nice... better than expected!
Seems very well thought out – great height (glad we got the model with the extra level), nicely made, light but firm, stays put. The fabric is soft and the foam feels good (and has held up perfectly for 5 years). I actually like the reverse position (steeper incline) better bc I can rest my feet on top. My wife kept "borrowing it" so I bought a second one. All in all, we're completely satisfied. [edit 8/22/25]: I cannot sit at a desk without this any more... I modified it by taking one of those beaded seat covers for car seats that taxi drivers seem to use, and stringing it over the top part and between the two layers (extra level helps here bc it keeps the stringing in place and off the floor by sandwiching it between the two layers). It's just heaven, especially in bare feet. After a hard day of work, I can't wait to take my shoes and socks off and get my tired feet onto this thing. It's like a free foot massage without the incense, weird music, and Jorge talking about higher levels of being. I honestly think that if my house caught on fire, this would be one of the first things I would grab. Then I'd probably grab my wife... probably. Eventually. It's a must-have imo. I'll post pics when I get the chance. One of the best purchases I've ever made for my ergonomics at the computer, especially with the modifications. Another (unrelated) thing I did to greatly improve my hip pain from extended sitting was to buy a used, inflatable wheelchair cushion –something like this: https://www.amazon.com/sspa/click?ie=UTF8&spc=MTo4MTcwODE5MTk1NTkyNjg6MTc1NTk2Mjk3MjpzcF9tdGY6MzAwODY0MjUzODIwMzAyOjowOjo&url=%2FSodurue-Airplane-Inflatable-Wheelchair-Ergonomic%2Fdp%2FB0FDPX2P8Q%2Fref%3Dsr_1_21_sspa%3Fcrid%3DI6K56O07OY2W%26dib%3DeyJ2IjoiMSJ9.3wc8CoScoLL_YNXeGEfjPBBp3LY_wyx2fM6EloNM1hHRcaoFMvNFHtTlvQEKKjW7zasbc50F10cF_l3Am-ye9D1Y4wo-QP0Lnfr3ZiwFrmKNJ-j5kIR2K2hZWQFoKyEgJKYAOH2WMFEvAIRP6TfhB5hRmcJbeK55UHMq20AweU2cbwXBaLt4wU20qUWXzOrKayeAq_zz2RqHeGKp-j4ckqvGsIC3ulAG_jruKytRPpapbiABTdhHuJKuJI2Jnvwxm9d_DLJBVL8OkYAVwR7uSfOqd0W7EWOzz__WBi-nf70.RPkbkvTDa0mAHFU1RUECbI6K0R-k6Fy-ASDTDKK3H6E%26dib_tag%3Dse%26keywords%3Dair%2Bcushion%2Bfor%2Bwheelchair%26qid%3D1755962971%26sprefix%3Dair%2Bcushion%2Bfor%2Bwheelchair%252Caps%252C368%26sr%3D8-21-spons%26sp_csd%3Dd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9tdGY%26psc%3D1 My hip pain is no longer an issue at all. I know it's the pad, because when I sit on my Steelcase Leap chair without it, I can feel pressure points on my hips pretty quickly. Just thought I'd throw that in because, like this footrest, it was a game-changer for me.

Fabulous!
I was searching for leg support, while sitting, for upcoming hip replacement surgery which would limit how much my hip could bend, during recovery. I could slide this support out a bit diagonally on my operated leg side, to give that leg support at a stretched out angle, while the other leg was supported closer in, still. This product is durable, comfortable (I always use it with shoes off), ergonomic and versatile. I have been using it for 5 months, now (feet supported on it right now as I type on my laptop, which is on my lap!), and it is still working like a charm! Even if you don't have a medical issue, the support this bolster gives for posture is well recommended. Love it!

Amazing product. Fits perfectly and is great for resting my feet on while working

TL;DR - this is the most comfy foot rest I've ever tried. Easy to clean, works well as advertised. The product packaging is just a thin plastic film and contains a small thank-you note for purchasing the product. I love the minimal, eco-friendly packaging as it reduces waste. Ok so this product is made up of two pieces - a boxy bottom piece to extend the overall height of the foot rest, and the main curved top part where you rest your foot on. This is the orientation I personally prefer, but you can flip the orientation upside-down if you need a rocking foot rest. Either way, both pieces have removable zip covers for easy washing, and the material used on the cover is something like suede - very smooth and comfortable for my feet. The bottom part of both pieces have a textured rubber pattern on one side to prevent the foot rest from sliding around, even on slippery surfaces and so far it does the job well. Refer to uploaded photos for the zips and textured bottom surface. Both pieces also have a foam-like material underneath the covering, which is firm enough to provide required support without being too soft or stiff. I don't have any pets so I can't comment how this product will fare to pet scratching, but I reckon pet fur will stick to the material and wouldn't stand a chance with cat scratches. I ordered this product on 21 Jun 2020 and received the product on 4 Jul 2020 in good condition. Shipping process could be faster but it's probably par for the course, given the product is shipped across the globe from US to SG amidst this whole Covid-19 situation. Overall, I consider this product worth it for the money. Lifetime warranty is awesome and shows the company is willing to stand behind their product. In conclusion, I highly recommend this product if your have poor blood circulation issues due to improper sitting posture/height.
