AtskoSilicone Water-Guard 10.5 oz Pack of 2

We bought a "waterproof" sail shade that was simple leaky uncoated nylon (another review) and the seller gave us a refund for falsely advertising it was waterproof. We bought this waterproofing spray in the hopes of salvaging a bad purchase. It has worked very very well, making the shade completely waterproof and has also increased its useful life. We have sprayed it 2 times since we had it and the water just runs off. The fabric itself is lasting longer than any other sail shade we have had. I am amazed how well it has worked. Thumbs up on this, well worth the cost and the time to apply. Will definitely buy again for outdoor fabric covers and such, even if they are really waterproof. I believe it also protects from UV.

I use this water proofer on shoes, tents, backpack, ect. You can use it on almost anything.

The product is outstanding the amount in the can barely enough to get a 2 man blind covered. The cap claims 33% more, it’s a lie. I have bought this product a few years back and the cans were much larger.

I have been using Atsko for decades. It is great for waterproofing hats, gloves, shoes and boots, and other clothing. A single application does it. I don't recall ever having to put a second treatment on shoes, and it seems to last for a few washes of hats. It doesn't discolor my leather gloves, and the insides are still dry after a full day of skiing. (Note that it takes about 24 hours to dry completely after application.)
