AMAZING!!!
I did a lot of research before I ordered this product. I didn’t want it to be just another gadget that sat on the shelf. I finally ordered it and I AM SO GLAD I DID! I have moderate arthritis in my neck with light to moderate pain pretty much all the time. This neck wrap is perfect. It’s small, easy to use and the three settings give me level of heat options. I run it on medium most of the time. I either run it on a portable battery or I can plug it into a plug in with a USB port. It has an auto shutoff after an hour but you can turn it right back on if you want to. The portable battery pack lasts a long time on medium. One thing you have to adjust to is the magnetic connection. It’s fairly strong, but built to disconnect if you catch it on something. Right now I have the cord run under a hoodie sweatshirt with the battery pack in the front pouch which works perfectly. My husband also put a small clip on the wire so I can clip it to my collar, which keeps it from disconnecting sometimes. I absolutely love it, and even showed it to my Physical Therapist so she could recommend it to other patients that might benefit from using it. The small size and portability of this product makes it very user friendly. Highly recommended!

Would be great with some improvements
This is very lightweight, and would be very comfortable, except that the strap that goes around one's neck should be more narrow and stretchy. I found that it kind of binds under my chin. It seems well constructed, and the packaging is definitely giftable quality as well. Improvements I would suggest to make this more functional:Make the whole thing, or as much as possible, out of stretchy fabric, especially the neck strap. Not only would this be more comfortable, it should be done in a way that will help the heat pad make better contact with one's skin.Make the heating area bigger. It's pretty small. I think many people, like myself, that suffer from neck AND shoulder pain would pay a pretty penny for this if it covered clear across the neck and down into the shoulder area a bit. As it is, I got a Sunbeam neck and should mantle-type heater. Yum! Neck AND shoulders, neck and shoulders, neck and shoulders!I personally don't like that it has a 2-hour auto-shut off, but it seems like most are like that. I need to be able to use one 2.5 hours with no disturbance to notice it's off and turn it back on again.Smells a bit like graphite when it is warm, but not real noticeable or obnoxious.PROS: The little magnetized connector for the wire is sweet! Easy to connect in the dark. Makes a satisfying little snick when it attaches. ;-)Very lightweight, unlike the Sunbeam, which is very heavy. This about the Sunbeam is good and bad. Holds the heat down on your body, but can make my neck hurt after a while sometimes, ironically. The power pack allows one to go anywhere with it. I use it on high and I still get several two-hour uses out of a smallish power pack.

Product heats ok.
I was in an accident and broke 4 bones in my neck. I was looking for something to relax my neck as I drove an hour to and from work. Packaging was impressive and overall this is a 'good' product. I like that I can use this in my car by using the cigarette lighter adapter. It has 3 differect settings and heats up rather quickly but it doesnt get as hot as a heating pad even set on the highest setting. I should of expected that considering it was being heated up by a cigarette lighter adapter. It is still a good temp considering that. The downfall I found was I have a rather small neck so it was hard for me to have it velcro around my neck to get the heat effect without almost choking. Its a bit uncomfortable in that aspect. I now wear it more lose and when I need to feel the heat more I just put my hand behind my neck. Small price to pay for comfort while driving. Would recommend.

Small heating area, large band
The band was so large compared to my neck that the heated area wouldn’t stay on my neck unless held. And speaking of the heated area, it is about an inch and a half by 2 inches so SMALL. It sat too low on my neck to hit the problem areas and everytime i moved it wouldn’t even touch the neck at all. It also didn’t get very warm. Returning product.

Easy to find relaxing relief
Thin warming neck wrap provides flexibility of movement with the USB and 4 settings for heat.. let it warm up and turn it down to your desired temperature.. it times out after 15 minutes of on time.. to reset it you need to unplug it form the battery pack.. that’s not in the owners manual

Nice design but barely provides any warmth
It is comfortable and convenient. Unfortunately, it's useless and I'm completely baffled by all the positive reviews. Frankly, I think most of the reviews for this product are bogus. There is no way this many people think this trinket is an effective heating pad. It barely gets warm. To make matters worse, the heating pad is a bit stiff and causes a gap between the skin and the heating pad. This further reduces the effectiveness of the small heated area. This one is being returned. Definitely not worth the money!
