Up your fiber game!
If you want to increase your fiber intake, these versatile crackers can be a game changer. They are very crisp and have a neutral taste- some would describe them as tasting like sawdust but they’re just fine for me. They take a backseat to whatever you choose to put on them. I’ve even started breaking them up and eating them as a cereal with berries, seeds and almond milk or crumbling them on a salad as “croutons”.

About as good as a high fiber crisp gets!
I tired several versions of this company's crisps, and the "plain" one was a bit too dry for me. Enter the pumpkin seed version! I absolutely adore these and buy them by the very large box. If you're on keto or a low-carb diet for any reason these are absolutely amazing. Great with peanut butter or guacamole or... really anything I have tried them with. I even eat them plain with a cup of tea sometimes. Another product I hope will continue to be offered forever because I eat them everyday.

Excellent excellent excellent product!!!
I was extremely skeptical about ANY diet... I have never been able to lose weight no matter what diet I followed - I am a foodie and I can only eat food that tastes good. This things taste like cardboard by itself. But when you put toppings, such as hummus, guac, or cream cheese with lox, chicken breast, beef, lamb or egg, it tastes amazing! The idea of this is to reduce your carb intake. By using it to replace regular bread, rice or noodle, I reduce my calories intake by at least 2 to 300 a day (at least!). It has contains very high FIBER, which is the key to weight loss according to Tanya's F-Factor (F stands for fiber). My husband is only eating it with me for dinner and he has lost weight, and so as my daughter. I suggest who would like to use this for weight loss - read Tanya's book first so you know how to utilize this cracker. This is truly a god sent! This is the only diet which works for my in my entire life - I am never hungry, I am always full, and according to my husband, I eat like a king!!

Learned something new
I have updated my review. The latest shipment I received or shipped in different boxes which caused the items to move around in the box and be damaged. All three boxes were like this. I will definitely not be buying this brand again!I have been buying these crisps for several years now. The last order I placed was for three boxes, very pricey . One of the boxes was damaged and the product inside is also damaged. When I went to begin the process of returning it, I found out this was non-returnable. I was not aware of that before. And because of the price and the damage of the box and the contents, I will probably not be ordering this product again.

If you miss crackers and crisp stuff while dieting, these are great
The flavor of these is good (at least I think so, but then I like the taste of bran). What you'll miss from actual crackers is the fat. These are dry, and I cannot overemphasize enough that you MUST drink a bunch of liquid when you eat these, or you won't get the excellent filling effect of the bran (or the beneficial effect on ... uh, the other end).I eat these with nut butter, but they also work great with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, or pretty much anything you would put on a cracker. They're very sturdy and hold up well without crumbling, which is really important to me.Buy these with the proper expectations -- ie, that they won't be the same as regular superfattening crackers -- and you'll be very happy.

Since Dr. Kracker Went Under, This Is All There Is.
I first discovered these at a grocery liquidator. Than, Amazon Warehouse had a pack of 15 for under $16. I didn't realize how expensive they normally are, or I would have bought all that Warehouse had.I really need these for medical reasons, but can't afford the $40-$50 for 15 packs everyday price. Flavor is plain, but I can get used to it, & they're good with Humus or Almond butter. If you can eat dairy (I can't) I suspect they'd be good with a Greek Yogurt sauce. To sum up, if you're upper middle class or in the 1%, I highly recommend the GG's. The everyday price is overwhelming for someone like me.

Easy fiber
I enjoy GG crackers. I eat them with oatmeal and I like the taste. Good way to get more fiber.

Need to lower the price
I started eating these crackers 10 years ago when Hain Celestial was distributing them. They were selling 60 pack boxes with discount codes where you could get them on average for about $1.80/pack. currently at $3/pack is a complete ripoff, especially when some were past expiration. Google the at home recipe for these if you want to make your own. It need some tinkering depending on your baking sheets and oven.
