Could be great
This is my second set of Guyker locking tuners... the first set went on an Ibanez Iceman. Aside from a lot of extra weight in the headstock (which was expected,) I was fairly impressed. My Seagull S6 was needing new tuners, so I thought to go with Guyker again. I ordered them and decided to wait until I changed strings to install (4 months after they arrived...)They were a perfect fit, so no modifications were needed. The only issue was that one of the tuners had threads that didn't match up with the ferral. I was able to muscle it in, but the ferral was marred and I ended up scratching the headstock.Since I waited to install, I knew Amazon wouldn't take a return or exchange, so I reached out to Guyker to see if there was anything they could do for me (Amazon says to contact them directly for warranty information.) It would be nice if they'd respond... they haven't.This might be my last set that I buy from them. If the company won't respond to warranty inquiries, I cannot recommend them.

Just straight disappointed
I’ve ordered locking tuners from Guyker before, and those tuners were awesome, never failed on me, perfect right out of the box so I decided to order tuners from them again but for an Epiphone guitar with modern style tuners. They went on alright and easily but when it came to putting on strings, the locking mechanism on my G string wouldn’t lock the string down, and that’s even after loosening it all the way in order to feed the string through. On top of that, the B and E string tuning post wouldn’t securely lock down, like there’s still room to tighten it even after tightening the lock NUMEROUS times.I’m kinda disappointed that this happened, I was all for ordering Guitar parts from them from now on but this kinda steered me away, now I have to replace the tuners again

These Tuners Look Great!
And they perform really well. I've bought (3) sets and placed them on my Waterstone Mildred, Gibson Les Paul and my Epiphone Wildcat. Has made re-string a snap compared to before. A warning, do not over tighten, they don't need much pressure to hold the string in place. I de-wound the 3rd (G) string by over tightening. They look very well made, very sharp in appearance and built solid, no wobbly string pole. I wish they were cheaper, but you get what you pay for, will not disappoint.

Check clearance first
The locking feature of these tuners feel pretty good. I was unable to install them on my guitar because there was not enough spacing between the tuners. They differed from the oem ones by just a tad and extended a little too far length wise so there was about 1mm of overlap between some of the tuners. I’d have to get a new neck to install these on. Maybe I’ll use them for another guitar in the future.

Poor quality
The first time I tried to string my guitar the locking knob broke off. And they took 6 weeks to get here. Altogether a very disappointing purchase.

Poor product, terrible
Tuner set came with a tuner with a mangled gear that won’t tune, The other set I bought came with an extreme amount of oxidization all over them, brand new and Guyker refused to help me, absolutely terrible customer service, this clearly shows Guyker knows they’re building a poor product. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to Install and locks in TUNE 40 bucks- what!?
You can't beat this for the price. Amazing product. Fits my Dean Michael Shenker Retro. Make sure you pre drill the screw mount holes before screwing those screws in. Also I thought it would be better to use the old screws but it was better using the ones it came with. They're a little smaller then the old. Also I used a 1/16 bit.

Worst locking tuners EVER
These tuners are garbage. I’m shocked at how they can be so highly rated. The nut that mounts the tuner is extremely shallow and rounded on the edge. Good luck tightening them without slippage, which will scratch the paint off. The peg which locks the string into the tuners is too long and wouldn’t reach the threads to tighten with a string in the tuner. Had to file them down little by little before they finally worked properly. These are IN NO WAY A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT FOR GROVERS.

Good quality look nice
Nice solid tuners, easy to change strings. I would recommend that you tune up with these tuning pegs.

Good build with one caveat…..
The 21:1 feels very smooth and makes fine tuning much smoother. One thing to note is that the capstan or string tree is taller than you’re normal Grover. Meaning it does change the break angle over the nut. While a shallower angle is present, it doesn’t seem to change the feel. Good price and overall happy with the stability and construction. I’d also advise to slightly lubricate the bushings when installing. The machining of the threads were a little rough when engaging. Don’t over tighten. They’re slightly smaller than the standard Grover but the screw eye-lit will line up. I also used the old washers because the ones supplied were slightly smaller.

Nut depth not as illustrated
After a couple of months of taking delivery I went to install these and found the nuts are about 2mm shorter than shown in the drawing. As a result, I cannot get the nut to engage to install. I need that missing 2mm so it's impossible to rate them as to performance.

AWESOME!
Are you kidding me?!? For the price, these locking tuners are awesome! Does NOT look and feel cheaply made at all! They are direct replacements for Grover tuners. They made my day! 5*****
