These driving gloves have all the driving glove features you expect, including soft supple leather, knuckle holes, an elastic gather at the wrist, and a snap closure on the wrist strap.

Dye bleeds when wet!
Bad dye job! Do not get wet! Stained my hands and everything I touched!

Dye staining badly, does not wash off easy - FAIL
Bought black medium. Fit is tight as expected. They will mold to hands under moisture and leather will relax and expand a bit after several rides. Having said that, dye used to on this leather stains badly and after few minutes my hands looked like I worked a shift in coal mine. Worst part is I will need to do serious fingernail brushing to get it off. Luckily I did not use them first time on way to work or it would have been a total disaster. I have a pair of finger less Riparo gloves, also black, and never had that issue. Full fingered Riparo are $50 here at Amazon, so almost twice the price of these but I suppose you get what you pay for. These are major FAIL.

Excellent quality leather
First impression: excellent quality leather. These are thin gloves, the smell like fresh leather, they fit relatively perfectly. I have big hands for my height, but the sizing called for medium.I do not believe they will require a break-in period seeing how they fit. I intend to use these are driving and commuter gloves for 3 out of 4 seasons.I will produce an update in the spring or summer to determine their reliability.Early update: these gloves will work on your smartphone for typing. Also, the leather is very soft. That's a word of caution.

High Quality Driving Gloves
I bought a pair of medium size gloves, very nice soft leather. Excellent dexterity and sensation with these gloves, excellent for driving, one can dial some phones, write with a pen or pencil, any task you can do with a glove. I bought my first pair and used them for shooting practice on a daily basis. The thin leather was great for this purpose in the cold weather, surprisngly warm for just leather with no insulation. The only problem with my first pair was that the soft, thin leather eventually began to absorb lead bullet lube which started to degrade the leather, and the repetition of pulling on pistol hammers and running rounds into the top of magazine feed lips, eventually one glove began to wear out from the heavy abusive grade use.Like them so much I bought a second pair to have a good pair along with my old shooting pair. The new pair has thicker leather, but the same great fit and feel of the firs pair. Both "fit like a glove" literally. I'll keep my second good pair for dress and driving, I don't think they'll wear out from less abusive use.

Excellent Driving Gloves
These gloves fit- well, like a glove. š I followed the size recommendations and other than a small bit of leftover leather at the end of the thumb(due to my stubby thumbs, not the gloves), these gloves are marvelous. I originally bought the black glove and liked it so well I decided to buy the brown. Iām marginally concerned about the potential for the snap tearing out of the leather since the snaps are so secure, but Iād rather it that way than so loose they donāt close or stay closed. These are obviously not 3 figure custom made driving gloves, but then if they were, I couldnāt have afforded them. Nevertheless, you cannot go wrong for the price. These are quality gloves and a real value in my opinion.

NOT the glove I thought it was.
It "looked" like the gloves I used to wear, but they are not. The one's I wore were thinner, like a second skin. The leather gave me better contact with the wheel, but did not diminish the sense of contact with it. These gloves are twice as thick, like winter gloves. Driving with these gloves is like making love with a cheap condom.

So close to being perfect
Im 6 foot, 180 lbs. I will call myself average human male, normal hands. I wanted a Steve McQueen thing. The cut on these is a bit weird where if it fits your pinky, your pointer finger and thumb will be too long.I went small and its leather, so it stretched and ive been liking it...if only that pinky was a little longer, like...1/4 inch. The small ended up being way better for that tight glove feel. The first pair i got had loose stitching along the wrist, so I swapped them and got a well stitched pair.I do like these, I think youll get a good product the first time as the black gloves i had tried initially were also well stitched. I liked the color of the brown better, shows a bit more character. They smell weird though, youll get into your car and ask "what is that smell?" and finally realize its the gloves. Its from the curing process and it will take a few weeks to fade. Might want to not leave them in your hot car for a bit and let them air out.
