This product was perfectly boxed and included instructions on the many many ways to get the best workout. After the closure of my gym due to COVID-19 I wanted to make sure I could still get the most out of my excercise routines while also saving space. The bar is actually 3 pieces that fit together, the straps are quite sturdy, and overall the working load is quite high. Just what I needed to hit all of the key upper body movements.

Among a wealth of sub-par and below add-ons to your home gym system, this was a welcome surprise . The bar is gym-quality as are the straps and handles. In can clearly handle heavier stresses and the bar is a balanced weight for any movement. In addition I think it is just an overall great value for the price.

It's a great product that allows you to do a wide variety of workouts. The straps are tough and sturdy. Each strap has supported 100 lbs each while doing one handed pull downs and rows.However, the exercise that is illustrated where both straps are wrapped around the pull bar, doesn't pan out so nicely. The straps have a tendency to slip off (more so with higher weight) in the middle of an exercise. This is unsafe at any weight and can be problematic. I have had to improvise solutions to keep the straps in place which is fine, but I didn't buy these to go full MacGyver on ways to use them safely. So that's why this product only recieved 4 stars.

What a great addition to our home gym! It has worked out so well - very good quality for a very reasonable price!Easy assembly too - we use it often!

**UPDATE**I was able to contact amazon and they sent out another unit. That unit was right. I’m guessing someone opened the first one I got because that package was a little beat up. The new product is great and works great.The picture is misleading. Unless mine was wrong but I only got one of the yellow strap handles.

The bar is great and the straps are great, but the straps don't hold tight when used with the bar. The velcro cannot tighten enough to keep the straps from slipping off the bar.

I bought the bar for tricep pushdowns. I bought the bar with the straps almost on a whim. Now I use the straps for many exercises and am really happy with them! The bar has a great grip (diameter) and the handles on the straps are about the same. I keep finding more ways to use them. It was also worth it to me to buy the M6 4-Pack of Carabiner Clips to make changing between the straps, the short bar, and lat bar faster. In retrospect - I don't think I have ever used the straps on the bar as pictured. I've never seen the point - I use the bar or the straps and I am still very happy with the purchase.

I bought two of these. Why? The handles are fabulous. I connect them to other fitness equipment and use them for rows and pulldowns. I even devised a bodylastic leg press using them around one foot at a time. The handles are big and strong-better than the smallish ones that come with most equipment. It also comes with a small iron bar that can be used for rows, pulldowns. I also attach them to the innstar pushup system and do effective bench presses. All and all, a great bargain for this system that has many uses.

Honestly I don’t work put at all and haven’t ever a day in my life. I’m the furthest thing from a strong gorl but I bought this for my boyfriend who hits the gym and he loves it. There are a ton of different variations and we LOVE a good multifunction purchase

Excellent quality, just be aware that it doesn't really work with rowing machines, the handles extend the rowing grip too far, so you end up with a very short rowing movement. A shame as the product seems very good and well made.

Great to bring into the gym in your bag for training in a lot of different ways. I love all the great workouts that you can do with them.
