Premier Protein Shake with Oats, Blueberries & Cream, 20g Protein, 7g Fiber, 1g Sugar, 24 Vitamins & Minerals, Smooth & Creamy Breakfast Drink 11.5 fl oz, 12 Pack

I have been trying to get healthy and most protein is so yucky, but one day I decided to give Premiere Protein a try and I haven't looked back yet. I ordered a few flavors that amazon has that aren't available in my stores yet, one of them being the Maple and oats. The flavor is sooooo good, it does have a good maple flavor but sometimes the after taste for me, taste like popcorn, which isn't bad. My husband on the other hand did not feel that way and it just tasted like a lite maple flavor to him, it's very good and we plan to order more of this flavor on our next payday.I read some of the reviews and became really scared but I decided to give it a try. We are now almost done with the maple and oats and its been a week. (Together we drink 7-8 of the various flavors a day) A few of the reviews talked about floaties and clumpy shakes but I didn't have that issue. I carefully drank my shakes and felt around my mouth with every mouth full. I have not yet ran into any problems. I plan to order more. When I seen the clumpy protein shakes in the other reviews, I wondered if the temperatures in the vans or however they were transported caused the shakes to act funny. I live in Minnesota and we are currently in the middle of winter but I can see if the shakes are exposed to high heat in transit can make it act a little funny. I'm just taking a wild guess.I recommend reading reviews and follow your gut. I personally have had a perfect experience At the time of ordering the maple and oats, we also ordered the hazelnut chocolate and the Peanut butter cup, so three cases of three different flavors and zero issues. I've zero issues with amazon fixing/refunding products that are no good or defective in the past, whatever if you do if you come into an issue, document, reach out to amazon and keep the product until your issue is resolved.

I bought these as supplemental nutrition for those days when I don't have the time or the energy to cook or prepare meals.I have a chronic illness which sometimes leaves me extremely fatigued and in a considerable amount of pain. During these flare ups even standing at the stove or kitchen counter to fix meals can be very difficult for me. Proper nutrition is vital to maintaining my health and also helps to prevent more frequent and more severe flare ups so these nutritious drinks have been a god send. As far as meal replacements go, the flavor is better than most but let's face it none of them taste as good as we would like them to. Sometimes the thickness of them gets to me but I just try not to think about it and drink them as quickly as I can. I also like that they have less carbs and sugar than a lot of other supplemental drinks. I will definitely be buying more as well as trying out some of their other flavors.

Good for a quick meal. and no work. I finally figured out why people complain about the taste difference between the pre-packaged and powder versions. The prepackaged ones are made with Milk Protein Blend, where the powder is Whey Protein blend. So even tho the pictures, nutritional values, and marketing are the same, they are different. you have to read the fine print/ingredients. I like to shop based on pictures and not read because I am a lazy human and only like to complain. So when everything else looked the same but tasted different this is why. This is the same for all the flavors they sell. If it comes premade in liquid form, it's not going to taste the same as the Whey Powder version. Just wish it was cheaper for the powder since it does not taste the same. But I do think the drinks taste better, as the Whey gives a specific after taste.

I have been drinking Premier Protein shakes for years and was really excited to try out this new addition to the line. I love the convenience of these being ready to drink, I can just grab and go and they are always creamy and delicious. This one did not disappoint me on taste and the consistency is the same as the rest of the line ( I had been expecting it to maybe be thicker with the addition of oats, but it's not). I also love that the oat line has 7g of fiber, when compared to the 2g the flavors without oats have this is a plus in my book. However, these also only have 20g of protein vs. the 30g you get with the other flavors (containing no oats) not so thrilled with that. I've noticed these also come at a slight higher price point, not sure if that's because of it being an oat line or if its just because it's new ( both online and in retail stores). I probably wouldn't flinch at the price difference if these still contained 30g of protein in addition to that added fiber, but unfortunately that's not the case. Nonetheless, they are great tasting, as all Premier Protein Shakes are ( although I do favor some over others). Personally, I am just not sure I would continue to buy it at a higher price point over the other flavor choices that offer more protein (after all that is the number one reason we buy Protein Shakes). I would say It's worthwhile to try this one or the Apples and Cinnamon which is also great! I haven't tried the Maple yet, but would expect it to measure up similarly. If you are looking for more great flavor options, this won't disappoint.

I took this product to work to have with my lunch items or with me in my purse while doing errands to have added protein in my day. I missed the taste of blueberry though. More care needs to be taken to add a true blueberry flavor, which I expected from the description. For this reason, I give flavor a 2 out of 5 stars. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the taste and drank my last bottle a few days ago.I am a fan of Premier product. It's consistency is much like the others I've tried from Premier (e.g., strawberry, caramel, and banana). Like the other flavors, it is a good protein and fiber source. Plus, it is low in sugar--with no grainy aftertaste like some protein products I've tried. Based on these facts alone, I would recommend for those who want or need more protein in their diet.P.S.: This is not a meal replacement drink.
