Too much vinegar
While this was easy to use, this does not taste like a homemade bernaise sauce. It had way too much vinegar and that overwhelmed what little tarragon was in the sauce. I would not recommend this.

Almost as Good as Mine
It’s the perfect size jar for my steak dinner. Just microwave it for 45 seconds. It’s so much easier as when I used to make my own sauce and it’s almost as good as my own sauce and it makes my life so much easier. It has a nice thick consistency. I was able to use the jar for two meals which makes it a good value.
