seems to fit the bill in a couple areas, works well as a starter cap,,,, also works very well as a filter cap for smoothing dc power on a high amp rectifier circuit,,,,, i will be buying more

Good replacement start capacitor for 5hp motor
Good replacement start capacitor for my 30 year old 5hp Black Max 20 gallon compressor motor. Is more compact than the origional one. So far so good hope it lasts as long as the oem.

It works perfect BUT I should have looked at its dimensions.It was the same MF as I needed for my pool pump but it's WAY to big.

Label on box says 220-250 volts , but factory labeled as 110- 125 v on the product . It looks like its MIS LABELED .

Saved me hundreds on a new motor
5HP compressor quit operating, motor unable to start, just hummed before blowing circuit breaker. Replaced start up capacitor, compressor back to normal! Fast delivery and very inexpensive!
