Biaggi Luggage Lift Off Expandable Carry-on to Check in

Not very durable! I bought two and the pull up handle on one of them would not stay up. My husband tried to fix it but it was damaged. The other one works fine but are top heavy when expanded and tend to fall over.

i travel for a living.. my husband bought this for me for xmas. by april the wire was sticking out and tearing my outfits.. i contacted amazon to return this but no one has contacted me back. i loved it so much until the wire came out.. now its a suitcase with a wire sticking out of it... i want to have a replacement one sent but no one has responded. i hope my writing this review may give other's a heads up... and hope i will at a some point get a response. great product until the wire came out and no one cared..

The first time I used it, the zipper broke and I couldn't get to the handle. Had to drag it by the top strap. Wish I could return it. The zipper is made of very cheap metal. I bought 2 Biaggi bags and feel like I've thrown over $200 down the drain. Their concepts are great, but their execution is really bad!Didn't use it right away and Amazon won't refund. Spoke with Biaggi and they won't do anything since I bought it on Amazon!!!

I used it to travel. The concept is brilliant but it needs minor changes. It tends to lean forward and fall (as in the picture). Side pockets are too small for shoes or anything else, and doesn't have enough material to expand so i can't put anything in it. Zippers looks like is metal but is plastic and tend to deform if it's too full, I'm afraid zippers wil brake soon.i have only used it once. The handle does not go too far. I'm 5"10, so I can't put a back pack on top when is fully open and hold both together (as in the picture). I do like the 4 wheels

Super cute luggage. I like the flexibility to go from carry on to full size. Helps when trying to be flexible on flight costs, makes me feel like I got more value with the additional space if checking luggage is required on a separate flight. On my first trip with its use one of the zippers did break, I am bummed about that.

I purchased this because of a reference from a friend we were traveling together and she had one. I was look for a carry on bag that would hold a lot and with the expansion this does the trick. Also is has spinner wheels which makes it easy running through the airport.

Great product!

I just traveled with this bag and really love it. It does feel a little flimsy when packed full but it held up quite nicely.
