Toilets stopped running and the bowl is squeaky clean!
My husband loves this thing- I cant tell you how often he has mumbled to himself walking thru the house about issues with the toilets running etc. He was pretty proud of himself for finding this and installing it. The bleach function is awesome and I haven't had to scrub out the toilet we installed it on in months even with hard water there isn't so much as a ring in the white bowl. Husband is happy, I'm happy and there is more time for more important things like baking cinnamon rolls and rubbing kitty tummies ;)*My husband is pretty handy even if he makes a huge mess doing it so I have no idea what kind of skill level is required to install it. I do recommend making sure you do not have a blue toilet bowl cleaner tab in the back when you install this as you remove the tank and now portions of my bathroom are stained blue.

Works great
This thing is awesome. Okay okay, it's weird being that excited about a toilet device, but this thing works great. Saves me a lot of money and water. I got it to replace an older sterling one and this one fits just right. If you have a three point tank setup, you can still get this one. They just tell you to keep a bolt, washer and nuts from one of the three from your old system.

Easy install Save your bolts.
Very good price compared to box stores. Easy install. Nice rebuild on my Kohler. Mine has 3 holes and need to reuse a bolt but the kit has new replacement rubber washers for all.
