Average product. Good for YouTube. Not for games.
This Phablet was bought because its specifications as listed in the product information seemed superior in all regards compared to other tablets with a 10 inch screen. However, when I looked at the storage available only 60GB was found, not 64GB as advertised. Battery drain is relatively slow, which is good. When watching content on YouTube the Phablet works with no problems at all. But I downloaded several app based games, with about half of these either crashing frequently or running slowly. Magic Rampage game works well. Zombie Catchers often crashes. Lemmings works very poorly. Angry Birds 2 runs slowly from time to time and Major Mayhem 2 runs very slowly all the time. Angry Birds Seasons however works very well. So from a gaming point of view, the Phablet is very hit and miss. These apps just provide an overview of the Phablet's performance, but in my opinion, these games would not be considered very advanced or dynamic, so it was disappointing that the Phablet couldn't process the games comfortably. When using the Phablet outdoors the screen brightness adjustment struggles to compensate for the natural light, so you always need to sit in the shade.Compared to other touchscreen devices I have used, the screen is quite insensitive, so when using apps that require precision, I think the Phablet is below average.Another thing I don't like is that the Phablet comes with an app for browsing the internet called 'Browser'. When using this app on the first occasion, it requests some permissions. One is for access to the camera and the other to access the microphone. But it also states when you are reviewing these permissions initially that in future the 'Browser' app will make sound recordings and take pictures without notifying the tablet user. I refused both of these 'permissions' and so cannot use this app to surf the internet. Instead I installed a different web surfing app. Frustratingly, you cannot uninstall the 'Browser' app. Also, the Phablet does not have a 'cast' function so I can't transfer journal articles from my smartphone to the tablet. This function would have been useful so that I can read using a larger screen. Instead I have to attach the articles to an email and then open them from there. But this a minor criticism. Finally, if you wish to watch video content using the Phablet but listen to the sound using Bluetooth headphones there is one problem. It is not possible to finely adjust the sound when using Bluetooth headphones. Changes in volume always take large steps, so you can go from hearing sound either too loudly and with one step down it becomes too quiet to hear properly. This problem occurs both when sound is adjusted using the tablet buttons and when using the sound adjustment on the headphones. In summary, I can only recommend this tablet for watching video content like YouTube. For gaming it is very inconsistent. But considering the specifications are impressive and the price is competitive, I can either tolerate or work around all the Phablet's flaws.

The is not as stated
The version of Android states it the description to be 9.0, when in fact it is 8.1. I am being slightly pedantic, but you should get what is advertised or a the very least a higher version not a significantly lesser one.The touch screen in some applications appears to develop a life of its own, often deciding to open something at the top of the screen when you tap on an icon at the bottom. There are major issues with this device a Google play as the latter frequently crashes, but this may very well due to the sub version 9 of the OS.Overall for the money it is a good tablet, just don’t expect the flawless operation you would get for get from a iPad.

I bought this as a replacement for a IRULU Expro1 tablet 10.1 model, and it appears to be a very good piece of kit. The unit has two sim slots for standard sims and a slot for a micro SD card, the sim cards fitted in their slots with no trouble but I found the SD slot a tight fit and the sd card was scratching the Sandisk label off the card as I was trying to slide the card into it's slot, SD card doesnt slide all the way into it's slot with a spring release as on other tablets I have had but just goes in far enough for the contact pins to make contact with the connections. the display seems to be as good as my old IRULU unit. The speakers are what you would expect for the price range, it comes with mini earbud headphones, (with built-in mike for phone calls), these do improve the sound output. I loaded most of the tv apps, (Iplayer/channel4 and 5/pluto tv/kodi Xanax and netflix/nowtv , all loaded with no issues but I only ran Iplayer and there was no lag in the video image. Internet worked fine and the sim card I was using, (vectone) also worked fine. As i'm not really a gamer not able to comment on that side of the system, there is a system test game program built in and that played well with a slight fringing on some of the larger graphic displays. All in all a nice machine if your not expecting the world in a box. All stay safe
