Shark Wheel 60mm, 70mm and 72mm Longboard/Cruiser Wheels (78a) with Free Shiver ABEC 9 Bearings

These wheels are awesome!!! I'm in my 40s and needed something easy to push around on so I bought these 600mm wheels for my popsicle board to cruise around on. I installed them over the weekend and was immediately impressed about how they roll over the odd stones and pebbles/debris at my local parking lot. I also really like the bearings. I'm usually a Bones Reds guy but I'm stoked on these bearings with their built-in spacers and speed rings. Lastly, to anyone concerned that they don't roll as fast as you expect. For the most part, on a normal skateboard, you have to take care to not over tighten the wheels. Tighten them then back the nut off slightly so the wheels wiggle just slightly. That's how I've installed wheels since 1989 and I've never had any problems. Installed properly, these wheels and bearings roll hella fast.

I ordered these wheels for a penny board to cruise around town to try and decrease my chances of eating the pavement. They did their job and looked cool in the process. I would always be asked if the wheels even rolled smooth. Now to the bearings, these bearing are MAGICAL. They are crazy fast and smooth. They beat my other board with Redz installed. Coupled together these two are amazing making it less likely to get caught on a rock and go flying onto the concrete. Great wheels with AMAZING bearings.

My son got these for his longboard and he tells me they are his favorite wheels! He rides over 5 miles a day on a walking/bike path and he tells me they are smooth and turn great! Hard to believe the ride smooth by the way they look but they are AWESOME!

I would have given 5 stars, except that my wheels feel a bit "out of round" and aren't the smoothest ride on a very smooth surface. Excellent for channeling away little rocks and road debris that would stop regular wheels though.

A little pricey, but son likes the wheels on his longboard; some concerns about durability, but we'll see.

love the color and the look

Not one to be taken in by gimmicks, but these wheels and bearings are ridiculous,I really wish I could give this review 4.5 stars... 4 stars for the wheels and 5 for the bearings.The wheels, which look really cool, don't have as much traction as I wish they did.The grip improved as they wore down (break in) but down hill runs through corners feel a bit squirrely.That may be partly because of the bearings...Ah the bearings... Wow... the bearings... I simply love these bearings.They spin, forever... smooth as glass and significantly faster then most other bearings in their price range.I've actually bought a second set of these bearings for my other longboard because of the speed alone.

Used it for my penny board, conbined with Bones bushings makes a sweet ride.
