Good for beginners that have learned how tension and hook sizes work
The patterns are easy to understand, the pictures are very high quality so you can see what it is supposed to look like, and they put a picture WITH the pattern so you can look at it as you go, which I find very useful.

Only ideas, with 16 blanket patterns
I was disappointed this book only lists other ways to use crochet items, without providing patterns and help creating them.

Great pattern book.
As a beginner I found the instructions a little hard to comprehend but as I learned the process it became easier to understand. I love the patterns and all the times of granny squares the offer.
