I wasn't terribly impressed at first because it really didn't seem that great. The consistency was a bit. Then, nearly 3 weeks later I shook and massage the tube and the consistency thickened -- looks more like honey. (Makes me wonder if the directions on the box stated that but I overlooked it?!) I apply some and gently massaged into my lips with my finger,) it absorbs a lot better now than when first started using it. It leaves my lips feeling moisturized and a little plumped :-). The gloss/shine is subtle--not long lasting, and not sticky. I typically use it before bed mainly because i have quite a few lip moisturizers. I think its 'good' but might upgrade after I have used consistently, and if I see further improvement.I have a cleanser from the same company that I like a lot. However, my favourite is a moisturizer by Manuka Doctor (contains Bee Venom) that I personally think is fantastic!!!

Update after several days: I like it better than at first. It does give a nice gloss to your lips - but they feel so much better!This has a slightly herbal smell, which surprised me when I first used it. Its not bad, it was just unexpected. Oddly, when I first applied it I found it to be somewhat gritty - but have not noticed it since. It does have a bit of gloss to it, and makes your lips feel much smoother. I ride bicycles a fair bit and something like this product is necessary.I have used another type that contains Manuka honey - having bought that in New Zealand. Both work well - I actually prefer the scent of hte other type but it's not glossy and this is (Although this has no colour to it). I will definitely buy this product again.

My lips are somewhat softer after a week of using the product. It does not leave the lips stickey/greasy which is a good.The taste is not my thing. Could not identify it as chemical taste or a mix of ingredients. I epexted a honey taste.

It makes my lips nice and soft, but I can't stand the taste or smell, so I rarely use it.

Not any better than other products. Smells odd.

Not really impressed with this. Comparable to Kiehl's lip balm (Manuka costs more). Winter cracked lips...Soothing but not healing. Better results with Pure Shea butter or even (bad for you) petrolatum. Hey at least I gave it a whirl.

Love this lip cream! Great balance of ingredients and a good price for the product. I can no longer find it in my local stores, so I'm happy to have found it on Amazon.

Leaves my lips feeling smooth and tight for 24 hours. I could barely believe it the first application. Doesn’t taste great but not offensive either. Simply amazing.
