I could not open the bottle UPDATE they replaced the bottle and the new one works just fine,
had to call my son to open, took him working with it for 15 mins to get it open, so closed it barely now cannot get it open again, I understand it should be child resistant but it is just plain resistant, so I cannot even use it, love the products I have gotten to this point but since I cannot open it I cannot give it good ratingUpdate, they replaced the bottle with no issues, and now with a bottle I can open, I have used it and my ph is normal again, it is a good product and the service was perfect
