Depending on your feet, body weight, and how long you are on your feet, these may last several months. I'm not on my feet as much these days, but when walking I am very pleased with the support. I would recommend that you only use these as a replacement for an original insole since they will take up some space in your shoe. In a few months, I will be buying more. For the money, they're a very good buy for budget conscious buyers like me.
