When I received my order it was only 1 bottle instead of the 3 that were advertised. I immediately contacted customer service, and they sent out a replacement order. It arrived promptly, but also only contained only one bottle. I appreciated the customer service representative and how helpful he was. It seems to be a problem in the description for their system because when you order this item they think they are only supposed to ship one bottle of vitamins. I have tried to notify Amazon and hopefully they can fix the issue. I love these vitamins but will just buy them in store from now on. I really think the vitamins themselves have made a huge difference in my health over the last two years. I can usually keep a cold from really setting in by using these and airborne. They taste great and everyone in my family enjoys them.
