Good vitamins I'm going to buy them again ,I can feel the difference when I start to take them, my muscles let me know, I took two a day ,morning and after noon for the first 3 days than one a day, i have used them before and i liked them, cheaper than buying them in store, two a day for the first days may not be for everyone, take with food not on empty stomach.

So far, so good. I like the idea of just taking one supplement as opposed to taking many bottles. This way everything is balanced. I have taken seven so far, and I feel good; also my hair is turning darker (it is now a silver grey) and looks healthier. I just ordered the Women and the Active Vivioptal and will take them after the 30 day supply.

The best multivitamins I have ever tried. If you think that it is impossible to feel the difference between taking them and not, you are mistaken. You really feel better when you take one in the morning! Great product.
