Ok, took a chance in purchasing this product/ wish they had a cinnamon/apple smell. They come packaged nice and work pretty well but the fragrance does not last long. They are all lemon, would like a variety if possible. Perhaps they will come up with one. Have used it three times for one disc and after that they start to fall apart. Do not wash them with the floor pads. Remove before washing and they will still work, but you need to let them dry out after you remove the floor pad. I will purchase this product again but hope for a future with different scents. All in all a pretty good product and worth the money.

I love this steam mop. I use it each week on my tile. It gets very hot and does a great job on the floors. I can see the clean when I steam mop. I purchased an extra one just in case. I have used this one about 5 years now.

Bot only is this mop excellent for my home, but it’s great enough to handle the traffic if a car dealership. I use it there all the time! ;)

Excellent product

Easy to use and cleans like a charm. Floors feel very clean after mopping and it's lightweight and easy to store. If you like an easy way to get really clean, streak-free floors, this is the one for you! And the little scent packets smell very fresh! I bought a few extra mop heads - good idea!!

These have a good smell, but they almost “melt” in the steam mop pad. They get all gunky after just one use and are a bit of a mess to clean out. It’s worth the extra money to go with the Bissell brand.
