AUVON Dual Channel TENS Machine for Pain Relief, TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator with 20 Modes, 2" and 2"x4" TENS Pads Replacement

I will be honest, I thought these devices were just for pregnant folks and professional sports folks.I immediately used after delivery. Had already had my morning shower few hours before, but still used a wet wipe on the area intended. Exceptionally easy set up and quick user instructions. I applied the large pad to my left lower back area and went through reading each selection offered whilst testing and adjusting the strength suitable for a few second only. I finally did a 10 minute treatment. It’s beautifully powerful and intelligent variable needs. It made me laugh a few times, whilst being so relaxing. I think it was the peaceful relief of trapped pain and stuck energy finally being able to escape without medication. My mind and body saying thank you. After the treatment was done.. I waited 20 mins before seeing how movement felt. NO PAIN!!! Not a twinge, tension, strain etc… it’s nearly 3 hours later and still no soreness or bursts of pain.I have no idea why this wonderfully popped up whilst looking for a mp3 player. So bizarre, but absolutely what I needed and deserved in taking back control of my health and symptoms. Great Stuff!!

What a magic little contraption. It has so many different settings and plenty of pads that it can fit on any body part over a large area. This has completely changed my life for the better as it actually stopped my pain for the duration of whilst I use it. The battery life is brilliant and I use it for numerous hours a day.

I had e very painful shoulder pain which prevented me from sleeping. So I placed and order for the next day delivery. I used it as soon as it arrived. You have to find out where the pads are best placed for your pain. Once done it works. But you need to work out which setting is best. Start low but don't over do it. It helped me a lot. Don't drive while using it. If one of the pads comes off then sticks back on you get a sudden jolt. It makes you jump. The pads stay in place provided you place the wires so they don't get pulled. Your pick this up as you use it. The pads last weeks provided you clean them in warm water. Just rub your thumb over them. Keep them in the sealed packet when not being used for a long time. Or use the plastic holder for short term use. The battery lasts 2 and a half days with the 2 pad set up, and almost constant use. With the 4 pad setup I don't know. If you have pulled a tendon ore ripped something. Keep it low as the higher setting will do more harm. Check with a doctor if not sure. It has all kinds of settings which suit different pain problems. Its a case of try which one works for you. If the pain wont go away ask a doctor. It does work but you need to make sure the pads are either side of the pain for best results. And on softer skin areas keep the power low. Above all read the instructions. You may need pills if there is inflammation of the muscles or more sever muscle damage. Apart from that the Auvon tens machine works well. I can recommend it as the pain I was in was brining me to tears. It took me a little time to work out where to best place the pads and the settings. But once done it gradually bought my life back to normal. If it wont help you, then there is a more serious underlying problem.

I've had this now for not even a day recieved it evening yesterday my first impressions are wow it actually does relive pain and knots i do not know how good it is on severe pain but I could imagine it is very effective.. I brought this so I could stop taking tablets for lower back pain with a side helping of sciatica 😏 and I'm very pleased I did the machine itself is very well made and also can't believe a little machine like this can put out so much kick with 4 pads simultaneously working . the power is great I like the fact that you have a belt clip so you can walk around with it and do every day things aslong as it ain't water related the tens machine is pretty sleek appearance and does not fill cheaply made either.. fits in the clip with a nice weight toit (about the same as a mobile phone) very easy to use each one picture is 2 modes and so far batterys been great I've used it 5 times hour each time and still 3 bars and still not dropped in power or kick I also love the fact that you can have 2 pads doing one area with a setting and the other 2 pads in another place with another setting the gel pads are also great they've not Fell of once in th 5 times I've used them the little pad tray is also a good thing too saves getting the pads dirty hope this helps

I'm really impressed with this. Very easy to use done two hour long sessions over two days with it and it's still full battery!Very easy to use once you know the controls and light, easy to wear whilst moving around the house and has a wide range of different settings available.I've had a stiff, sore leg for a few days and my leg certainly felt a lot better the next day after using this.I can't get over how small it is, I remember our old tens machine and it was like a brick! The unit is old iPod sized with two sockets for four pads at one time.Very well packaged, clear instructions and even has a little carry pouch and clip.

Just arrived a few hrs ago,out the box and on me already .I've been a tens machine user for yrs as have chronic pain issues,but folk this product is the bees knees literally...I luv it already.I set it up on the acupuncture settings and quite honestly it is absolute bliss I KNOW this is going to help my pain tremendously and can't wait to use it properly later in ,this was just a wee taste tester.Its a slick looking wee piece of kit too a lot better than my standard one electrode one that I have already,it's fairly easy to get to grips with the instructions and that says a lot as most things go in one ear and out the other with me...it has a kl wee pouch to put it in and a clip to attach it to clothes,personally i put mine in my pocket ...it also a smart wee piece of kit for putting your electrodes on,a lot easier than trying to put them on the plastic they come on.....all in all a very good piece of equipment for the price.I would recommend...I am in heaven at the moment with another 15 mins on my 30 mins cycle 😀
