Works well, feet feel better when used on a regular basis

I tried the one set package before when i had trouble to fall to sleep. It did help me relax and sleep well. Really like this brand. Thus, i purchased a 30 pieces package this time. When i received this item today, the cover has already been damaged, which may due to long term shipment. However, the stuff inside still kept well. There is only one thing bothering me, which is i cannot find the expiration date or production date from the cover. I definitely cannot use all of them within 3 months lol. Hope someone can tell me

Love these feet sheets, used these years ago and over time I saw less deposits on the sheets at the end of the night. I am glad I found these again. I believe the hot pepper ones are for circulation and weight loss but not sure. I definitely need more circulation in my feet and fell better on the days that I sleepv with these/

I have been not sleeping well lately. This product really helped with my sleeping and I feel well rested. After I wake up I definitely feel more refreshed. Really helps with tired legs!

My heels has been in pain for over a year now. I started to use this product for at least a month now and I found that my heel is healing up and not as painful as before. Standing up is much better (before there was sharp pain when I stood up). I recommend it to my co-worker and my mom and they found some difference. Will continue to buy this when I run out.
