Bought this for my 22 year old college son who I know does not eat enough vegetables! After 4 days of taking it, his eyes went from hazy pale blue to bright blue and his skin cleared up too. Since I am 52, I decided to try it myself too, I am menopausal and work out daily, eat fairly healthy so I didn't feel like I needed the supplement. BUT!! Immediately felt more energetic, like on day 1...so I am going to keep taking it as low energy is definitely something new with menopause.

I’ve subscribed to this product via Amazon for the past 4 months and love the way it makes me feel. Just got my subscription with 2 empty capsules. Looked to resolve through Amazon and there wasn’t a good way as it is “non returnable.” Reached out to Mara Labs on the bottle and they are sending me a new bottle.In life we will always find mistakes. It’s how you deal with them that matters. So happy Mara Labs was willing to address my concerns even though I ordered through Amazon!

They are selling 30 capsules with 5mg of stabilized sulforaphane, with a dosage of 1 capsule. I thought I would go ahead and order the 60 pack, thinking that would give me 60 days. I was wrong. The 60 capsule pack shows, 10mg of stabilized sulforaphane with a dosage of 2 capsules. Now mind you, I will only take 1 per day for 60 days, but it’s very misleading, it’s still only a 30 day supply according to them. Also, I saw another review that says, there was no plastic seal around the bottle. Mine was not sealed either. Under the lid does have seal, but I’m not sure how much I trust that since their ad is misleading. ALSO, hidden under the label was a MFG date of 1/27/24. I am receiving this in OCT 2024, 10 months later, so maybe they aren’t selling through this product…? OH AND, this product needs to be refrigerated after opening.
